Great customer care
Cheap prices, store credit for returning customers and very frequent discount codes. Always had a good experience with delivery too. I just recently I had a one-off issue with a delivery, never normally happens and Jackson from customer services sorted it all out for me so promptly. Showing genuine care and very fast thinking.
They often throw in some extra tubs for free in your orders too which is fun.
