Unfortunately, I’ve experienced the same issue that many others seem to have had. I placed my first order on 26th January for three lounge sets, with an expected delivery time of 7–10 days. A month later, nothing has arrived.

I’ve made several attempts to contact the company regarding my order. I received one generic automated response and no meaningful follow-up since.

As I’ve still not received my items or any proper communication, I’ve now had to raise a dispute with my bank to recover the payment.

Very disappointing experience — I would strongly advise others to avoid

AVOID - IN LIQUIDATION

I am having the same issue as many people have shared. I returned a package and have received no refund or acknowledgement despite chasing for the last 3 weeks. I looked the company up on companies house and despite going into liquidation they have still been able to trade and take innocent customers money!!

AWFUL

They received my order back on the 7th Feb and i have not yet had a refund, i have emailed multiple times and contacted them on socials and still nothing. DO NOT USE AWFUL

I placed an order mid Jan and delivery has not arrived. I have emailed and messaged multiple times and no response provided. I was misinformed and lied to as they said i 'pre-ordered' items which I DID NOT. Till now, I am waiting for my delivery.... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE

Ordered on 30th January and despite 3…

Ordered on 30th January and despite 3 emails and an Instagram message - I've had no response. Will be contacting small claims court now to get refund. Shame as its the 3rd time I've ordered from them and the first two orders came really quickly. I don't mind waiting but the lack of response is horrendous.

Unfortunately I've had the same issue that many people seem to have had with placing an order for the first time and never receiving it. Ordered 3 lounge sets on 26th Jan, expected delivery was 7-10 days, nothing has arrived. Made several attempts to contact them about my order. Received a generic automated reply on one occasion and nothing since.
A month later and still nothing - I've had to raise a dispute with by bank for the payment.
Avoid these scammers.

If I could give zero I would. Do not touch this company.
I ordered a loungewear set over 4 weeks ago and have received nothing to date. I have contacted their customer services email 5 times now and had no response. I have spoken online to their customer services chatbot and was promised a call back. That was a week ago. Thank you for stealing my money and ignoring me. And yes I did contact the correct customer services email address, which you have referenced in other responses to poor reviews on trust pilot: hello@thenightstore; the responses so far have been: Thanks for reaching out to The Night Store!

I placed an order a month ago, I’ve had no update on this order since. i have tried to reach out over numerous platforms to chase my order and I’ve had no response from them, they have no problem taking your money from your account though !! I’m very annoyed at the lack of customer service.

Order not dispatched and ignored 6 emails

My first order was delivered quickly. I loved the loungewear so much that I immediately ordered another 3 sets. I got an email saying how happy they were to see my 2nd order. That was on 31/01/26. Since then the items have not been dispatched and they have ignored 6 emails sent to their customer (don’t)care. I have now requested a charge back from my credit card but I really wanted my order.

I am still waiting for a refund on goods that were returned in December and have stopped receiving replies from this company. complete and utter crooks do not buy from them!

Placed an order on 3 February and have received neither the item nor any updates since. Despite multiple emails to email advertised as a help email on the website, the only response I’ve received is an automatic acknowledgement. I have also attempted to contact you through the chatbot and again received only a generic message stating that an agent would get in touch. No one has followed up. AVOID THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

My wife sent 7 emails regarding this order no reply. Now I am informed and gonna take action by calling action fraud and gonna call credit card company for money back.

Now happy

Very disappointed. First lounge set ordered arrived quickly and I was very pleased. I then Ordered 2 more lounge sets on 29 January. They have not arrived yet and despite emailing support several times have received no reply as to when I might expect them.

Quick update following her takeover of the company I received an email from Deb confirming that my order was on its way and I received it a day or so later. So pleased that it is now sorted

Poor customer service

I placed on order on the 28th January after 2 weeks, I contacted them to which I got an automated reply and no actual response. I sent further emails and messaged Instagram with no replies. Poor customer services and seems other people have been let down by this company. Ive had no choice but to put a payment dispute in to reclaim my money

FRAUDULENT COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COSTS - I placed an order with this company a number of weeks ago. I never received tracking information, or any update on my order. I followed up via multiple channels including Instagram, the customer service email, the website form but have received no response at all and the money has been taken from my account. It's clear that this company is either a fraudulent enterprise or has folded and is still taking money from consumers.
