I placed my order on the 1st February. I have had no communication from this company. I have emailed several times and sent them a message on instagram. They do not reply. I want my money back! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

This is the worst customer service I have ever received.
Do not buy from this company.
If you have a problem you will not get your money back. Awful customer service and awful quality. They made a mistake and sent the wrong size, a month after my order and they still have not refunded 4 months later.

Ordered 2 lounge sets from this company and both turned up promptly. However I returned one and asked for an exchange on the returns portal. I have since had no communication on my exchange despite chasing numerous times. So I am now out of pocket and with no exchange item. Very poor service / scam - do not order anything from this company. I will continue to chase until I get a response but I am not hopeful looking at other reviews.
I wouldn’t recommend. Can never speak to anyone and they take ages to respond via email (if they respond at all) Didn't fulfil my order (the website listed products as stocked) and they haven’t issued my refund despite receiving the return a week ago. Still chasing a response and my refund
HORRENDOUS. Ordered a lounge set that is described as ‘cream’ on the website. When it’s came I can only describe it as an awful yellow colour in certain lighting and cheap thin material, very unflattering. Not a very cheap price for cheap quality. When trying to return, the returns portal doesn’t work and when you email customer services you get ignored, so I’m left with no choice but to try and claim it back from my bank. DO NOT BOTHER!
Ordered two set of PJs and paid high postage, received an update one had been posted, radio-silence on the second pair. A week later a refund email for the second pair received. No other email, no explanation and no refund on double-postage. When I queried, I received a rude and unhelpful email back saying their warehouse was at fault - but didn’t explain what the fault was… I am less presuming I’ll never get the second pair. I’ve also not very impressed with the quality of the first pair. I’d stay away from this brand if I were you.
Ordered two sets of pyjamas just after Christmas. Received an email on 6/1/25 claiming one of the sets was out of stock and that I would be issued a refund which was fine. However, having looked on their website a few days later, I noticed the pyjamas were still available. Have since then contacted them via email several times and eventually received a reply yesterday claiming this is the first correspondence they received from me. Their customer service is appalling. They take weeks to respond perhaps hoping that people will just give up!
I purchased a lounge wear set back in November for the Black Friday sale. The sizes are huge so I had to return it. The returns portal was not working, then customer services took an age to respond. I eventually got the return back to them - I can see this was received on 18th December and I still haven’t received a refund. I’ve emailed and they fobbed me off saying it will be with me in 2-3 days, that was 6 days ago.
I still havent recieved my order from december and no response to emails either
I placed an order on 19th December, arrived on 22nd was too big so sent back and asked for the smaller size as an exchange had to pay an extra £8. From tracking the parcel I could see they received it on 29th December. I messaged them on the 1st asking when my replaced would be sent. On 3rd messaged again and got a reply saying that the size I required was out of stock and did I want alternatives or a full refund. I asked for the refund and asked how much I would receive because I had paid the £8 extra. Today is 7th and I have sent a further 3 messages and had no response and no money back into my account! While I can appreciate we have had holidays over this period the fact that they don’t respond is very poor! Certainly won’t be ordering from them again! I will be taking it further if no response in the next 7 days!

Beautiful products and such lovely quality. Personally, I had super speedy delivery, but know my partner had a slightly longer service. I have also heard from the customer service manager today in regards to the delayed delivery queries. Really lovely personal touch that they have reached out. Thank you night store. Don’t believe this is a genuine company, as many others have said communication is non existent, ordered lounge wear as presents turned up huge sizing wanted to return one set emailed multiple time no response. DM on social media multiple times, comments have been turned off on socials too from people complaining. So stuck with items that can’t be used and no responses to be able to return as they have disabled returns portal. Out for people’s money and not genuine at all. I’d avoid at all costs

I brought my friend (who is pregnant) a dressing gown for her baby shower present, I sent it straight to her as a surprise due to not being able to go (cancer treatment) the item ended being to big so I wanted to return either for a smaller size or a different item. When trying to log the return it didn’t recognise my email address. I then see I didn’t have a confirmation email so no order number. I have been contacting ‘support’ for weeks and now they have stopped replying! My friend tried as well and tried social media who informed her to contact customer services! Absolutely shocking, now I have a present with a friend that is no good and we can’t return.

UPDATE: I am updating my original 1-star review after being contacted by customer service today. They called to apologise for the issues I experienced, which I do think is admirable and appreciated. I was also refunded in full, and they advised that the feedback has been taken on board to address quality issues with future clothing.
That said, my original experience and concerns still stand, the issues with product quality were significant and the clothing did not meet expectations. I’ve adjusted my rating to reflect the positive customer service follow-up, while still being honest about the product itself.

Don't waste your money. My advice to the owners, go and do a site visit to your supplier. Our pjamas turned up stinking of tobacco. The quality is awful, buttons popped off mine and my daughters within 10mins of putting them on. My daughters crouch has torn at the seam after two wears and they have shrunk more than one size afer washing them. Terrible quality. I wish I never waived from Chelsea Peers. I certainly won't be buying from this company again, especially after pre-order not being made clear then delivery was delayed. Chelsea Peers offers much better quality and worth the extra price tag - theirs has lasted us 3 years and still look brand new.
I ordered pyjamas on November 27th which were advertised as 2-4 day delivery. I double checked guaranteed delivery was by December 8th, a little later than planned but would have still worked. I was ordering these for 'friends xmas' on December 19th so plenty of time. Today is December 20th and they have only just been dispatched. I have reached out to the 'support team' on a number of occasions the latest prior to a dispatch notification asking for a full refund to be processed. They replied a day later simply saying thanks for your patients they're now on their way.
There has been no acknowledgment or apology for why these have taken 4 weeks ( and still not arrived). I'm now also in a position where I'm having to wait for the delivery so they can be retuned and I'm out of pocket as naturally I found an alternative! There are so many other great pyjama companies that I'd strongly advise going with someone else to save yourself the hassle!

Ordered a Christmas item in October, it said dispatch would be on or before December 8. It was going on the 15th of December and I had heard nothing about delivery. I messaged them on Instagram and had a reply to contact the team which I did. The the email was never replied to. They also blocked me on Instagram after these messages (which weren’t horrible messages!)The parcel was sent with less than a week to go before Christmas. After a lot of chasing. Terrible. Avoid! If they can’t fulfil their orders, I really think this is a flyby night company.

This company is absolutely horrendous stay well clear!! I order a loungewear set and never arrived despite emailing them I get an email from Charlotte (founder of the company) saying it will be dispatched on Tuesday well surprise surprise that it didn’t happen!!!! I wish I read the reviews before ordering. This company is a bunch of scammers and are totally awful avoid at all costs!

Updated due to resolution: Initially exchanged this item for a different size as they come up big (had to pay extra as there was no longer a sale on if you can believe that, a real shame!) and didn't hear anything on the status of my order for a month. Once I uploaded this review I got a prompt response via phone call and email, and the new set was shipped within the day, so got there in the end. Product itself is 'the comfiest thing I've ever worn' according to my fiance, so all in all a worthwhile purchase.

Do not use this site. I purchased an item but I ordered wrong size. I then tried to exchange but this proved very hard. I eventually got support for returning the item but this took a few weeks as portal was down.
I returned the item over 3 weeks ago and I am yet to get a refund.
The responses I get are very generic and always get same answer. I try to message on Instagram also but more often then not my message is just read and ignored. So this company now has the item I returned and my money.
