Very good service. Very empathetic personnel deal with telephone orders and organise prescriptions. Courier also very good and iis tracking is very reliable.

Data corruption of authoriser
Two orders processed correctly. Then third order refused due to data error/corruption.
Sent prescription authorisation to incorrect , out of area organisation, not to the GP that they had previously sent to. Refused to accept the data error, refused to send order to correct GP, then refused to accept that they have breached GDPR by passing personal data to a third party.

I receive great service from nightingale! The lady on the phone is really nice and very helpful! Everything is explained perfectly. 3 years of excellent service
I have been using Nightingale ( Cliniserve) for about three years and have found it to be a very efficient and professional company. Phone calls are generally answered swiftly and the call handlers are polite, courteous and thorough. They use the Alternative Parcel Company (APC) to carry out deliveries and they too are excellent.
Nightingale communicates promptly by email on the ordering and delivery status but always seems to send out duplicate emails which is a little irritating. ( APC is just as bad in this respect!)
