When I first contacted Fittleworth I…

When I first contacted Fittleworth I was embarrassed and unsure of this new equipment need. They were friendly and professional and ordering was easy. Have now ordered may times; everyone I've ever spoken to is still friendly and professional and they are always courteous, honest about delivery (for which you get an hour slot on a given day texted in advance) and just plain nice to deal with.

Been receiving the products for seven…

Been receiving the products for seven years and the service has been brilliant.
I do identify however, that if I send an email about not needing the complimentary wipes and bags and I never need the plastic connectors - I receive no response whatsoever and it is very hit and miss if my requests are carried out. I hate the waste when these items build up.
The product has recently changed and the adhesive is now a problem as it remains on the skin on removal of the bag.

DO NOT USE

As with others on here the delivery of supplies is absolutely appalling. I have also been left without supplies in the past and had to arrange for someone to take me to a hospital to collect some emergency pouches. I have a specific contact who does his very best to assist but I am constantly being told supplies are to be delivered on a specific day only for the goods to not turn up. Do not use this company, they are extremely unreliable and Fittleworth, do not tell me to email or call you, I am waiting for a management response to latest fiasco from yesterday

Reliable but some delivery issues.

In the main I have found Fittleworth to be very reliable and staff cordial and always helpful. My only concerns are that deliveries are needlessly split when incomplete prescriptions are received from my medical practise. As I always hold a small buffer stock this is unnecessary. I have also in the past asked for deliveries to be made after specific dates e.g. when on holiday and nobody available to take delivery, but these seem to be ignored. Other than this deliveries are made on time and as promised.

Great Service

The reminders are useful. When contacting the staff by phone they are unfailingly courteous, friendly and extremely helpful and go beyond just taking the order for required items. They listen to any issues and try to suggest alternatives where possible.
Delivery is always prompt and the Delivery Personnel reliable and deliver right to our front door and we are not one of the easiest to find.

Compassionate service of the highest quality.

In all honesty I had never heard of Fittleworth before February 2026, nor was I aware that businesses offering this type of service existed. That of course all changed after surgery to remove my Sigmoid Colon Cancer, which required an unexpected Ileostomy which I hope to have reversed late Summer or early Autumn.
I worked in banking for well over 30 years, and throughout that time, customer service was the overriding measure for how we treated our customers, so believe me when I say that I am not easily impressed.
Fittleworth however have impressed me with their caring approach, knowledge, can do attitude and nothing is too much trouble approach on every single occasion that I have spoken to them.
Yes, there have been issues, but never of their making, with the vast majority stemming from GP surgery administration problems which Fittleworth have worked tirelessly to resolve.
At all times their calm, comforting approach has put me at ease, to the point where I find myself speaking freely about very personal health problems that I shy away from speaking to my wife of almost 40 years about.
I simply can't find a single negative thing about the service and support I have received, and neither can I single out an individual that I have spoken to because every member of staff are all equally wonderful.
So all I can say is a sincere, heart felt thank you to each and every person who I have spoken to over the last 3 months for going the extra mile to get orders out quickly, providing a wealth of excellent advice, and for suggesting no end of complimentary products which have made life easier.
I hope you can appreciate how much you have done to make an unexpected and extremely unpleasant situation much more bearable.
