Very helpful staff and reliable…
Very helpful staff and reliable service. Just disappointed you have moved from DPD who i consider efficient and supported by an App which gave regular updates on the delivery etc to DHL who give no information on delivery until the day itself. Historically poor service but we will wait and see. I'm sure this is about cost cutting but I'm sure delivery complaints will increase.

White van manThere was no prior message to indicate…
There was no prior message to indicate delivery slot this was not a DHL delivery. the driver had his own white van. He rang the door bell and before I opened the door to receive my delivery, he had been to my neighbour and handed to her. No card came through my letter box telling me this. When confronted his excuse was that he had 300 deliveries to make that day (Tuesday 7th) so had to press on. He could have handed it to me instead of going next door in less time had he waired e few more seconds

The Best Service
Fittleworth have provided me with my supplies for several years. Originally I had to call them but now it is done via my GP. Either way I have always received the best service Everything is delivered soon after my order and every time I have telephoned to speak to someone I have always had a friendly and helpful response. Another recent benefit is they seem to have changed their courier from the awful DPD, whose idea of delivery was to throw the package over my side gate in all weathers and then leave a note to say it had been placed in my non existent rear porch! Last month DHL delivered and actually rang my doorbell.

A totally reliable source of stoma products
Over the last 14 years I have been able to rely completely on Fittleworth for my stoma products. I do not have to worry about late delivery or an incomplete order. On the very rare occasions that there have been minor problems, Fittleworth have sorted these out over the phone very quickly and efficiently.

Been with them since April no issues very helpful delivery on time though it's a bit of a problem getting hold of doctors then back to fitleworth then delivery can take 10 days or more so it's a must to order early

All going good with DPD deliveries now…
All going good with DPD deliveries now all of a sudden they change to DHL which don’t give you any notifications only on the day, received a text to say delivery out today between 12-1 it’s 5pm now no sign of dhl when I track still showing my delivery is next been showing since morning the same awful just wasting time waiting around.

Used to be top company. Problem with new courier company which has been reported twice. Asked for answer twice. Took time to submit photographs of problem, however absolutely no contact with a person apart from bot generated message. Training obviously required in customer service,or perhaps a couldn’t care less attitude to problems.
