Misleading Shipping Expectations & Delayed Delivery

I placed an order for supplements through ninelife.my, expecting a domestic Malaysian shipment based on the website’s wording (“Currently, we ship within Malaysia”) and the fact that prices are listed in RM with free shipping.

However, after more than three weeks, my tracking shows the shipment is still in the United States. There was no clear disclosure during checkout that the products would be dispatched internationally, which significantly affects delivery time.

Additionally, my order was not shipped in full. The supplements were sent separately without prior notice, and there was no indication at the time of purchase that any items were out of stock. I was not informed that the order would be split.

While free shipping is offered, the lack of transparency about international fulfillment and delayed dispatch is disappointing. Customers should be clearly informed if products are shipping from overseas so they can make an informed decision.

I hope the company improves transparency around stock availability, shipping origin, and realistic delivery timelines.

scam company....do not buy from this site!order my product in late dec 25,het only showed order processed!no delivery date not any update on delivery!u will get your karma u scamming others hard earn money!trust me....what u gained throw cheat and lies....u will lose many folds more later!u just wait!

SCAMMER! Be Careful!

I ordered an item with order number MY-NL#P828324781, price RM359 on 19th December 2025 through ninelife.my, however, it never shipped out. So I requested a refund, then I received an email from them with an email address:- ninelife-uk@headrush.zohodesk which reported as a SCAMMER on Google. They promised me a refund immediately, but it has been over three business days and I still haven't received it and they have ignored my emails since then.
Do not order from ninelife.my, they are a scammer!!!  I will report to National Scam Response Centre (NSRC), then file a police report with the Commercial Crime Investigation Department (CCID) for investigation.
Do not believe other positive reviews after this, it could be them to hide their scamming technique. You need to contact your bank straightaway if you have ordered from them recently!
