Very happy with the racket and the service. I had been searching for a while for a specific weight and racket and was in touch with Dan on WhatsApp over a week or so as I enquired about various options. He was really helpful, checking stock and weights. Went way beyond what classic retailers would do. Got next day delivery too. Will definitely consider them again when buying a new racket.

I found getting a racket a bit of a pain long deliveries etc. tbf I actually ordered another racket from a different company and was waiting weeks only to cancel my order. I then came across Ninepadel and the service was unreal the prices are very good especially for a UK retailer they even have a tool on the website that helped recommend a racket for me. It came the next day and the racket is absolutely brilliant. Personalised message and a little keyring was also very nice touches. Very clear communication throughout and responded to a query u had in a matter of minutes, this is customer service how it should be. Very rare to find in this day and age, well done guys you've made a customer for life!
