Ninja Scissors Avis 

Love these scissors!

I've only had my scissors and thinners (Dragon) for 2 weeks and so far so good hence only 3*... I was recommended them by a friend after having my last scissors sharpened regrettable and them being ruined, as they seemed reasonable priced compared to the normal make of scissors I've used previously. But, after reading these reviews am a bit worried they're not going to last 😬 I certainly won't be having them sharpened as I've only ever done this to 2 pairs of scissors over the 40 years that I've been hairdressing and they were both ruined and never the same again!
We'll see if the 3* will get to 5* in time ✂️

Bought a katana, definitely not convexed. Had a lot of trouble cutting hair. Crunchy and not sharp at the tip.

Packaging was bad, also missing advertised items.

2 stars for the extended warranty and refund.

I always order “venom” so sharp and amazing for texturing glide so well ! Will always order from ninja!

Best scissors I’ve ever used, lasted 1-2 years before needed re sharpening always go back to get more from them

I have got 3 pairs of scissors from ninja and absolutely love the quality of them.
I have had them from around 4 years, and keep up with regular sharpening with them. It is a great system to post as sadly live further away. Signed for delivery and within a short time they are back well Sharpened and protected.
Would highly recommend not only their products but their service as well

I love Ninja scissors - my go to !

Recently sent my scissors for sharpening while on holiday. I was concerned I hadn’t received notification they were being returned and chased up status. 10 days after receiving the scissors they hadn’t started the service. I explained I had clients on my return and I needed the scissors sharpened and returned. I was sent a comb and new case in compensation but the scissors I received back were in worse shape than before. They were loose, they push the hair away and I can’t point cut. Previously I’ve always been happy with the service but now both my ninja scissors are damaged and I’ve had to buy a new pair while I find a new sharpening supplier to fix them.

I paid for a product. I paid for 1-3 days delivery I have never received the product, I have sent and email to the company and the courier but received no response from either.

I’ve had to claim it back through my bank as I’m getting nowhere…

I’ve been using these scissors from NinjaScissors for over 7 years, and they are absolutely outstanding! I've bought two pairs of scissors from Ninja Scissors and both have been great. I don't know about other reviewers but when I ordered the wrong size, I was able to exchange them for a larger pair, no questions asked. Definitely recommended.

Ninja scissors claim they are specialist in scissor sharpening. Trained in Japan with 20 years experience they say. So I sent my Ninja Dragon hairdressing scissors to be sharpened & serviced at a cost of £38. When I eventually received them, they were in a much worse condition than before! They are unusable. They were damaging the hair and I had to snip several times to get through one section. I had to borrow my colleague's scissors to get through the day. My colleague tried the scissors too and confirmed they are now unusable. I emailed Ninja several times but they have chosen to ghost me. I have all the emails to back up my review ( & a ruined pair of £295 scissors) and will now take legal advice. This is my livelihood & it's impacting my performance.
Don't be fooled by their pretty scissors.

I purchased some beautiful Ninja scissors at Salon International 2024 at Ninja stool. I couldn't wate to get back into the salon and use them. Unfortunately during a hair cut that I was in the middle of, the stopper came off which I didn't realise. I have sent various emails to Ninja regarding my brand new scissors which are just sat in there cace. I wouldn't recommend Ninja scissors to any professional as there service is utterly shocking, and I'm left with a pair of scissors that I can not use. I spent £87.00 on these scissors, and have not had any emails back with an apology for there inconvenience caused.
I had to give Ninja 1 star as to be able to write this review. I give Ninja 0 stairs.
Not a company I will NOT buy from AGAIN! And should not be able to trade, because they take people's hard earned money and leave them with out their tools!

Awful company. My scissors arrived 10days after I ordered. Wasn’t allowed to return them even though they were not up to standard. As it had been more than 7 days since they were sent.

I decided to try these scissors for a change, and pleased it said ( 7 day experiment slice, and easy returns) but they fail to say the 7 days includes from the time you order, and with mine incorporating a weekend, I only had one day, I however tried the scissors on one strand of hair to realise that the handle for my thumb was so narrow that it got stuck, so I immediately repackaged and returned, to be told that I have scratched the scissors ( really I dont think so ) and there were hairs on them, ( I had been at work all day I tend to get covered in hair as I happen to be a hairdresser) they are not offering a refund but another pair, which I do not want , waste of my hard earned money luckily my old scissors are fine to use , small claims here I come

Brought barber scissors. Lasted about 6 months and became very dull. Build quality not great and feels low quality. Recommended by seller to sharpen which is normal, but for the price I paid for my scissors would expect them to last longer. Not great experience 😕
