Really shocking company ! i have been promised a refund and iv been trying to contact them for 2 weeks and keep lying to me, STAY away from this company its all a big SKAM

My experience with this clinic has been horrendous, to the e point where I feel as though I have been scammed. I hope that my review can inform anyone looking to see a dermatologist to avoid this clinic at all costs.

I paid privately for an online consultation about my skin. When it came to the day of my consultation I had not received a link to the Zoom call. I called up and spoke to someone who said that they would send me a link. After a short time I still did not have a link so I called back and spoke to someone different who asked me to confirm payment by sending a screenshot from my banking app, which seemed really strange.

At the consultation I spoke with Dr Nancy, who seemed a little disinterested and only really mirrored back what I told her. She told me she couldn’t do an examination online and asked me to send pictures, which I did after the Zoom call. Dr Nancy said that she would do a prescription at a further cost of £50.

I called the next day to pay for the prescription and was told someone from the clinic would call me but they never did. After numerous calls and a formal complaint I received an email with the bank details to pay the £50.

On the back of my complaint I had an impromptu call from Dr Nancy who seemed unsure about why I had made the complaint and told that she would do a prescription. I explained that I had not had a proper consultation as she had not given me any feedback from the pictures she had requested. She mumbled about finding the pictures and had clearly not reviewed them.

I did not receive my prescription so asked to speak with the clinic manager Yamena. I explained the situation to her and said that my complaint had not been formally acknowledged. She was very apologetic, promised to chase up my prescription and said she would respond to my complaint within 14 days.

I received my prescription the day after as it was sent recorded delivery, so it was clear that it had not been sent previously. Unfortunately, the prescription had not been filled out properly so the first chemist I took it to refused to prescribe my medication. A second pharmacy agreed but informed me that part of the prescription was not available.

I did not receive a response to my complaint so I set a deadline, which was also missed. At this point I asked for a full refund and have never heard back from the clinic.

I will be writing to both the GMC and CQC about my experience. I genuinely hope nobody else has to experience what I have from Revitalise and if anyone there reads, I hope they consider the implications of delivering such poor service to their patients.

Please take the time to read this review if you are looking for a clinic who is ethical and does not take advantage of their clients.

Unfortunately in April (2026) of this year my acne got very serve. It was causing my emotional and physical distress. I found Revitalise London and believed because of its location and the doctors presented on the website that I would have a stress free and positive experience.
Here is a bullet point list of all the red flags and negative experience I had at Revitalise London:

1) My first appointment I booked over the phone I was told the consultation price was £245 and the follow up's were then half price of the initial consultation.

2) I was charged £695 in my initial consultation for a blood test that was meant to be 'same day results' so I could start my accutane. Yet I didn't receive the results till 2 weeks later and was told it was because the clinic was busy. However they had already let me start treatment at this point. This could have been dangerous for my health. If anything was wrong with my blood tests.
I also was not told to avoid alcohol (I had to ask), to not sunbathe, to avoid protein and heavy weights whilst on the medication.

3) I also did not complete a pregnancy test on my first appointment despite Roaccutane being known for its damaging side effects to unborn embryos.

4) I made a complaint and my next appointment was given to me for free. When I attend this appointment, I presented blood test results I got at the clinic next door for only £59 and Dr Nancy accepted them despite knowing I had been charged over 11 times that same amount for an 'Alexander Blood test'. I was then made to go to Boots during my appointment to buy a pregnancy test.

5) That same appointment I was told buy Johnny at the front desk that I would not be charged and that the next appointment would be £122.5. He was dismissive and barely looked up from his phone during my interaction with him. I had also brought my mother as a witness as I was feeling uncomfortable in the clinic environment.
6) My third appointment where I decided I would not return had started with a cancellation and then rescheduling of my appointment because there was a 'clinic emergency'.

7) I called three times to clarify pricing and I spoke with a gentlemen who reassured me. However once again I attend my appointment and finished being told that it would cost £245. Despite that not being what I was told.

8) The therapist at the front desk was rude as I let her know my concerns. She then 'wouldn't' let me pay and leave because she had to check to see if anyone had promised me an alternative price. In the space of 5 MINUTES she had somehow talked to management and checked phone records and apparently no one had told me the follow ups were half price of the consolation.
She chuckled as I told her about my experience with the blood test and knowing I was over charged and she stated 'no one forced you to pay'.
This is when I realised this company has doctors and therapist treating patients and then seeing how much money they can squeeze out of them. I left crying and recorded my conversation with Dr Ken Otouke where he did not seem phased by what had happened but merely offered an apology as the clinic was 'under stress'.

9) I left the clinic that day and bumped into another patient outside who said he paid £100 for a consultion and then was told by Dr Otouke that the removal of this 'skin tag' would be £1000. When stating that would be too expsenive for him the price was lowered.

Unfortunately as a young, self employed, self funding patient who had never been private before I was naive to think that companies that dealt with peoples's health would actually put that first. I am not out of pocket and half way through my treatment. For two months I have been trying to get some sort of compensation. Email's have now been ignored the last 3 weeks.

Private clinics are costly but they are meant to put your health first not your pocket.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this clinic.
Before booking, I made it very clear during my initial consultation call that I did not want steroid treatment. I explained that if I wanted steroids, I could simply have gone to my GP, and I was reassured that the clinic offered a range of alternative treatment options.
However, when I attended my appointment, the dermatologist prescribed steroid treatment anyway. Although this wasn't what I wanted, I trusted their professional opinion in the moment and felt it was something I should consider.
I paid around £400 for a package that included the initial consultation and a follow-up appointment, plus approximately £100 for the prescription. After taking some time to consider my options, I decided not to proceed with the treatment. Since then, I've been using red light therapy and other at-home measures, which have significantly improved my symptoms, meaning I no longer require the follow-up appointment.
I contacted the clinic to cancel the unused follow-up appointment and requested a refund, as I would not be taking up any further clinical time. I was told the clinic has a strict no-refunds policy, regardless of whether the appointment is used. I found this extremely disappointing and inflexible, particularly as the follow-up service has not been provided.
Overall, I feel the clinic did not properly listen to my preferences regarding treatment, and I was left paying a significant amount for a follow-up appointment I will never use. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic.

can’t recommend this clinic enough! I came in with facial pigmentation that had been bothering me for years, and from the first consultation I felt I was in the right hands. The doctor explained everything clearly, set realistic expectations, and created a treatment plan tailored to my skin.

Hi,I had to have a procedure done on my back.After reading mixed reviews I went with my gut feeling & went ahead with it & im glad that I did.I Have a phobia with hospitals & Doctors.But John & Dr Ken are both down to earth & made me feel at ease & the environment is not stressful like an hospital setting & Dr Ken played relaxing music.I can highly recommend,thank you & very much appreciated

This clinic has ruined my face with scars all over my body and face.
I saw them eleven months ago in 2025 and my skin has not healed.
I phoned the clinic last month but they were no longer interested after getting my money. And were very very rude.
What has happened to the one year guarantee after care they promised??
I had repeated visits last year they burned and cut and put anacestic in my face to many times l felt extremely ill.
They took out a small cyst last feb 2025 only for them to discover a huge cyst in the same cheek and place on May 2025 the previously missed and left behind months before..
Roll up this year April 2026. l still have a huge scar bubble on my face. I am in pain.
I think it may have grown back the clinic told me it would not grow back after they dug a big hole in my cheek to get The huge cyst out.
People asked what is on my face.
When l tell them my story people say l deserve a refund.
Please aviod the clinic at all cost don't ruin your body further and waste your money.
Go somewhere else. Another clinic.

More than a year ago I had a verruca service here. I thought at the time they had done a good job regarding my verrucas, but with the following treatments and appointments after my surgery they kept caring less and less. I had new ones growing and they didn't bat an eye at them and just recommended tumeric shots... With time I felt like I wasn't listened to and ignored and a year went by and I wasn't allowed to have their services anymore. Now I have a worsened condition. My feet are in terrible state because of this clinics neglect, and I paid £2,500 for their services. I would highly recommend you reconsider this place. Thank you for listening.

My partner went in to have a mole checked and was seen by Dr. Otouke. The entire consultation lasted about five minutes. After briefly looking at the mole, he said, “I don’t know what it is. You can either get a sample analysed or have it removed, it’s up to you.” There was no further explanation or guidance.

She went in because we were concerned about the possibility of cancer, yet the issue was treated as if it were purely an aesthetic choice. There was no explanation of risk, no reassurance, and no professional opinion beyond stating uncertainty.

That was the full extent of the assessment. She left knowing no more than when she walked in, yet we were charged £295 for the consultation.

I had a very good experience at Revitalise clinic, 22 Harley Street.
From the first consultation Mr Jonny Ali was friendly and welcoming, professional and knowledgeable.He explained everything clearly and the laser treatment to my toenails was very effective.
I had been applying expensive anti fungal lotion since many years without effect so it is good to now have healthy nails again.
I would strongly recommend this clinic and Jonny to anyone needing this treatment .

This whole operation has the air of a casual pop-up clinic. The consultation (for acute pruritis) was hardly thorough, I felt that none of the right questions were being asked and that I was not being listened to. The diagnosis was wildly inaccurate.

I would like to thank Viktoriia, the receptionist at Revitalise London for being so helpful, friendly and professional. It was a pleasure to meet her. Also, the other reception staff who I spoke with by telephone were both extremely helpful and friendly. It was easy to book and I saw a dermatologist the same day.

I recently had a lipoma removal procedure at Revitalise London Harley Street, and I cannot praise them enough for their outstanding care from start to finish. From the initial consultation to the post-operative follow-up, every step was handled with the utmost professionalism, expertise, and kindness.

The team made me feel completely at ease, taking the time to explain the procedure in detail and answering all my questions. The surgery itself was smooth, painless, and performed with precision. The results are fantastic minimal scarring and a quick recovery, which is a testament to their skill.

After the treatment two months after the verruca come back, is not being removed properly bad job,charme £120. I contacted the clinic the receptionist told me going to call me back 2 months ago,I being tried on another clinic now i'm okay .

I visited Revitalize on Harley Street to have two warts removed. I knew the £95 consultation fee didn’t cover the procedure, which was £202 for the first wart and £145 for the second—but the upselling was relentless. Even though the removal includes a free follow-up, I was offered an “upgraded” one for another £100, which felt dubious.

The receptionist was polite, and the clinic looked professional, but the order of events was strange. I was talked through aftercare before the procedure and asked to pay in advance. Then came the hard sell for further treatments, which I declined.

Dr. Ken was kind but hard to understand, and the procedure itself was rushed. He injected the second wart first and began cutting into it almost immediately—causing pain—before switching to the first one, which had had more time to go numb. It didn’t feel particularly careful or well communicated.

No written aftercare was given, just verbal instructions. A day on, my fingers are bandaged and healing, but the whole experience felt more like a sales funnel than a medical treatment. I won’t be returning.
