We had a school visit to Ninja Chatham in connection with First Lego Explore an exciting Stem programme for 6-9 year olds and it was fantastic. The staff were amazing and treated us to drinks and sweets. The children built lego models then had a great experience by having a session on the ninja warrior course. Shout out to Megan, Georgie and Casey thanks for a great day.

Such helpful staff on the front desk ..my grandson had been before but I was a novice.She explained everything in a non patronising manner .Well supervised and lots of room to sit ! Cafe prices very reasonable...a very pleasant surprise!

We came to ninja warrior Chatham for our sons 9th birthday celebration with his friend and older brother. The staff were very friendly especially Emmie who was working on the food counter when we arrived. She was extremely friendly and kind and went out of her way to help us. Staff members like this should be recognised for their fantastic customer service and just generally being a lovely person. We will return as our children love this place. My 8 year daughter went to party here today, the host was Jarka she was so lovely an friendly an really helpful she was great with the kids.

I went yesterday and it was lovely and so fun! I hurt myself though but I’m getting better I hurt my knee, other people should go there I would recommend it it’s amazing!!!!

As expected, this is a huge warehouse filled with obstacles that have some resemblance to what you see on the TV but without the water!

The whole thing was desperately overcrowded with long queues to participate in the obstacles. You had grown adults barging past kids, no staff to observe safe behaviour (from those that should know better).

It was hot, trying to get a drink was frustrating as all the teenage staff were too busy planning their next night out or flirting with each other.

Then, after leaving that hell and vowing never to repeat it, they email you every single day for a review. So I gave them one, and now each day, I put my review on another public forum .

The ‘compulsory socks’ are a rip off as you still have to wear your shoes until you get to the giant bouncy castle. Save your money and go somewhere….ANYWHERE else!

I paid £54 to take 4 children to Ninja Warrior Southampton. We lost 20mins of our session due to queueing (there was only 1 member of staff checking people in). Even though we had paid and done the waivers online. Then we had to spend £2 x 4 on compulsory red socks, even though we came with identical green ones with the correct grip. The green ones weren’t allowed because they were ‘the wrong colour’. That can’t be good for the environment! All this left me feeling ripped off. Won’t be returning. Wouldn’t recommend.

Booked for myself my four year old and two year old but neither of my children were allowed in the same area and the manager refused to refund so spent an hour pulling my children off of things they wanted to play on because I couldn’t play with both of them in the same place, it was also overcrowded and far too hot

I had a really great experience and recommended it to all my mates after! Was so fun!

Avoid at all costs.

My 7 year old had an issue and the staff were absolutely terrible.

On the day I was given zero support and told the General Manager will follow up on the Monday.

Despite numerous calls, I still haven’t heard from the General Manager.

Personally I won’t be going back and would highly recommend going elsewhere.

Your website states that kids need to wear grip ninja socks while playing.

My 8 year old autistic daugther had socks from a different ninja park- they had the grip, but were black not red.

One of your staff pulled her out of play area and asked to change her socks. After explaining to the girl that these are also grip socks- she stated they had to be purchased from your place (although webiste says "can be purchased here", not "have to be purchased here"- which I think is very misleading and not fair.

Anyway- I have agreed to get the socks and went straight to the till to get a pair. After no more than 2 min on my way back I seen the same girl pulling my sobbing and crying daugther off the play area and shouting at her saying she can't be there. My daughter tried to explain to the girl that Mum (me) went to buy the socks. Everyhitng happend in just few minutes. I have purchased more than 1 ticket and more than 1 pair of socks for the party as you can see from my booking, so money wasn't the problem. Your satff (very young blond with glasses on) should not shout at my child and make her cry.

The experience at ninja warrior Uk was great I would definitely recommend! The staff were very polite and were willing to help with anything such as suppling people with lockers to put your shoes in etc! Many staff members are scattered around to ensure your safety and there is plenty of seating to sit down and have a drink. Overall very happy with my experience.

Employee Cameron was a excellent help thoughout the day, really made my childs day :)

Visited the Chatham site on a Sunday. Expected this to have a course similar to the TV show but was sadly disappointed. We took two 16 yr olds along and they were hugely underwhelmed. The place was full of 5-7 yr olds. There was no structure and it felt a bit like a toddlers ball park.
I’d go again with our grandkids but not with anybody older than about 12.

Took my daughter to ninja warrior for her birthday and she had a great time, we attending the walsall one. The only issue we found was the she took some friends and none of them were tall enough for the equipment, maybe if there was a different price bracket it would be helpful, the only other thing is the drink is slightly overpriced and they do not accept cash.

Standing out the branch right now and it’s closed! Online it says open at 3pm and close at 8pm. And i was there at 7pm! Not reliable at all!!

The place was empty and very very cold they had no enthusiasm seemed like none of the staff wanted to be there as they were just as cold.The inflatable ball for playing basket ball was not available and they expected the parent to pay extra to keep an eye on the children.The pizza was very small and everything for a party was minimal.They had false nails in the inflatable area that hadn't been cleaned obviously.Would not say it is value for money.Would not recommended a party package there maybe just walk in and pay less for each child instead of booking a package.Overall would not visit again.The only reason they had a good time is all the boys were friends and together So they always have fun.Should have taken them to the local park as it was like being outdoors anyway.When asked if they could give maybe a voucher for when the heating worked they refused.

Kids had a amazing time burning off some energy whilst we sat watched and drank coffee😁

Awful ques even if you paid and booked, same que for those that hadn't paid "they have to check you in"
Need to sort their ques out.
I lost 15 minutes when i paid for a full hour.
