Just been in the Southampton branch with our grandson. My complaint is this - why is it that they cannot serve a HOT cup of coffee !! At £3-50 a cup that’s not expecting to much is it ? Oh it’s mad... Voir plus

Great place,
Great place. Fantastic venue at Chelmsford. My grandsons aged 14 and 12 loved it! Staff friendly. Would definitely recommend to others..... Make sure you bring lots of water, the kids are running non-stop 😊
Highly recommend
Was so good the staff were amazing so friendly in the Chelmsford one giving my child high fives as she did the wall and all staff we spoke to were really nice my six year old loves it she tried her hardest on the obstacle course would highly recommend such a good two hours of fun
Went to Chelmsford ninja warrior today…
Went to Chelmsford ninja warrior today and wouldn’t recommend. They need to have 2 courses, one for taller teenagers and one that children aged from 6 up can actually reach. My daughter is 8 and very tall and was unable to reach the higher obstacles. I lifted her to help to be told we weren’t allowed to do that, knowing that if I lifted her she could then get across the obstacles like the monkey bars as she’s very capable and strong. Due to that she tried to jump resulting in her landing on the mat flat on her back and winded herself. Kids want to be able to complete the course not skip bits. Especially when we’ve paid a lot of money for it. You also have to buy the socks to then still have to wear trainers unless on the inflatables. Wouldn’t recommend. the whole layout needs to be re done for appropriate height and age
At the new ninja warrior place in town…
At the new ninja warrior place in town we had a splended time and the customer service was amazing especially one of the workers (aaliyah) Who served us and gave us pointers about the best bits also the amusements there were amazing 👏 with plenty to do and seating upstairs let your kids go loose and have a good time.

We attended the Ninja Warrior in Chelmsford. Very good course, but really for those over the age of 8/9. I took my daughter along who's 6 and half the course she struggled to do. Staff can't really help either. So you then have to pay for an adult to go in with them. As they 'advise for under 8's although not essential'. If an adult hadn't gone with my daughter, she wouldn't have been able to do the bits she did. A wee bit disappointing really. Not sure i'd go again. Tickets are very expensive for what it actually is.
Child of 155cm not yet tall enough - very noisy with flashing lights
Took two children aged 8 and 10 - our 10 year old is mega tall and still couldn’t reach anything on the assault course. They quite enjoyed the inflatable course but didn’t enjoy the flashing lights and loud music. Got very hot too. Verdict - they don’t want to go again. Got fleeced for two pairs of ninja socks - they weren’t allowed to use identical socks from a similarly attraction.
Cannot cope with a large group
We visited ninja warrior Leicester as part large group of 100 with an autism charity. The same group organises lots of days out for autistic children and this was by far the worst for checking in ever encountered. Most other places we have visited go out of their way to make things easier but ninja warrior uk Leicester seemed to go out of their way to make things as difficult as possible. We arrived half an hour before our time and Instead of checking in each child as they arrived we were all sent to wait until everyone got there, we’d completed waivers beforehand but apparently there were a few people in the group who had not so so the staff said they would not give out socks or bands to anyone in the group until all waivers in the group had been completed. When you have such a large group, particularly of autistic children, not everyone is going to get there on time or even get there at all, it is totally impractical to make the whole group stand around waiting until everyone gets there. Then as it was such a large group and only one member of staff was dealing with it when they eventually agreed to give out socks it was well past the booked time when the children got on the course even though most had been there half an hour before and just had to wait around. Waiting a long period when they are excited to get on the course would be difficult for any child but more so for autistic children. When they eventually got on the course for their shortened session the children had a fantastic time and really enjoyed it. It is a shame the check in process is so poor for a large group, the charity does regular visits to rebound and boost who also require waivers and has never had an issue with check in they are much more organised. It would have been nice if this place could have become a regular place for trips also but unfortunately they are incapable of dealing with such a large group although are happy to take the money and booking well in advance.
Didn't get the full hour of play!!
Arrived 20 mins early as asked. Didn't get through check in and safety briefing until 10 mins into our session as reception was so packed and the young staff was more interested in dealing with phone calls. Kids had 40mins of play! Rather than the 60 mins. Very short time for amount of cost per child, taking into account paying for car park and travel.

Ninja Warrior Chelmsford
Me and two other mums, and our 5 kids headed down to ninja warrior Chelmsford.
It has been open little under a week, so was a bit apprehensive as to how it would be. But from start to finish it was an absolute treat.
Checked in, safety briefing and off they went.
Paul one of the managers was so helpful and friendly, myself and a few other mums who were there were all under the assumption the kids only needed socks.
However one area shoes are needed and my daughters only had sandals.
Paul went above and beyond to make sure my daughters got to have the full ninja warrior experience.
The general area was super clean, all stuff were courteous and professional.
We will def be going back and no doubt be one of our new fave places.
I’d say the only drawback on our visit is that everything is cashless. Personally I’d prefer the option. But thats only if there was one downfall. Otherwise an amazing visit.
Ninja Warrior Chelmsford
We attended the opening of ninja warrior Chelmsford last night, what a great evening, it was so organised , clean and the staff couldn’t be more attentive. We will definitely returning

Ninja warrior Chelmsford
Just been to the opening of ninja at Chelmsford, it was absolutely brilliant! Staff were amazing and so great with the kids. So much to do and so much fun
First time of going & won’t be going again!
We were a party of over 100 attending, many with autism & additional needs paid for by a local charity! Check in was an absolute nightmare as they wouldn’t check any of us in until everyone had waivers in place! Most of the party arrived 30 mins before our time slot, had signed waivers, but all of us were held like cattle in a side section until some of the young people started to get distressed! By the time they got all the party through we only had 40 mins on the activities & no we weren’t allowed extra time to make up for their shocking customer service! They say they’re inclusive but what today showed me was they haven’t a clue how to accommodate those with additional needs! We regularly attend other venues with the same check in requirements, but have never had this sort of issue! So little thought & consideration for any of our party….. been once & won’t be going again!
Absolute rip off
Absolute rip off! £24 for an hour session. Turned up to no queue but completely ignored by 2 staff on reception discussing a party they had! My son has been to a party previously so fortunately had the ‘correct’ socks. My daughter was however turned away from the inflatables because she had grip socks, however they weren’t red!!! Absolutely disgusting charging a further £2 per pair of socks on top of entry when we had the necessary safety gear. Not great on the environment either! Won’t be going back. Far better experience at jump parks! Very unprofessional 👎🏼
Excellent two hours kids loved it 🥰

Went for two hour session with some friends and made sure we attended the adult session. Was a good laugh - make sure you wear some good gloves or tape your palms as you may lose some skin! Good work out - its not easy (even for those that do a lot of sport) but is a lot of fun... especially enjoyed the huge bouncy castle section. If youre a big kid and reasonably fit you'll have fun.
Not impressed
We booked on a wednesday for my boyfriends birthday expecting it to be more adult friendly like the ninja warrior on tv, only to turn up at 1pm and it was absolutely crammed with kids all under 7. As two 19 year olds it then felt very uncomfortable to even go on anything as the main part of course was a bouncy castle and a tiny bit of an obstacle course, would not book again unless taking kids, not adult friendly as previously thought. have had friends go before and they have said it was rubbish as well should be advertised as a kids play centre! Drove an hour and a half for this complete waste of a day .

My grandson went with his school they were told they could take money but they only take cards that is not helpful my grandson couldn't get a drink or food because he doesn't have a card.

We had a school visit to Ninja Chatham in connection with First Lego Explore an exciting Stem programme for 6-9 year olds and it was fantastic. The staff were amazing and treated us to drinks and sweets. The children built lego models then had a great experience by having a session on the ninja warrior course. Shout out to Megan, Georgie and Casey thanks for a great day.
