Just been in the Southampton branch with our grandson. My complaint is this - why is it that they cannot serve a HOT cup of coffee !! At £3-50 a cup that’s not expecting to much is it ? Oh it’s mad... Voir plus

The children really enjoy it
The children really enjoy it. The amusement machines are very expensive. The candy machine never works. You may lose your money on this if your not vigilant. The food is good, and readonably priced.

Had a really positive experience at Ninja Warrior, Sheffield. Very good service and helpfulness on my son’s 10th birthday. Our designated staff member was brilliant and really added to the experience for the children and the adults
Bristol Branch – No BlueLight Card Discount for Veterans, Police, Military
Very disappointed to learn that they do not offer BlueLight Discount for any service other than NHS. Apparently the Police, Fire Service, Armed Forces, and Veterans are not valued.
Horrible staff - Manchester branch
I would never recommend nor come back again. Booked online and arrived early on a friday lunchtime, the gentleman at the reception let me and my 3 daughters all aged under 7 in early which worked out better therefore rather than a 2/3 we had 1.30-2.30. The whole inflatable obstacle was completely empty, we had a fabulous time. After an hour of playing we started to get out shoes on 2 of my youngest wanted a drink I went upstairs to get them a drink and nobody was there we waited 2/3 minutes. If you have kids you will know for a child thats a long time! frustrated, no one was there. I proceeded to walk to the fridge and get a water bottle out by this time. A male walked out the back and commented ‘don’t be going in the fridge’ in an aggressive tone, left gobsmacked by the the comment. he started mouthing off whilst the kids were still there. What did he expect? I was going to walk away with a £1.75 water bottle? Kyle from the cafe needs a new job. His attitude was appalling. When I said do a better job the kids were extremely thirsty - His exact words “Well no I won’t what can you do about it”. I suffer from extreme anxiety and this whole experience through me off the whole day. obviously more words was said by him, but I’d rather not repeat. I did try to complain to the manager who only provided me with an email and wasn’t much help. something very similar happened last year, I should’ve never gone back!
Booked ninja warrior in Bristol last…
Booked ninja warrior in Bristol last September 2023. The booking was made for Saturday 10th February for 5 people for the start of a hen do activity weekend.
I received a call today, 2 weeks ahead of the booking, to tell me that they are no longer open at the time of my booking. They asked to move it. I explained that this wasn’t possible because I have other activities booked in Bristol and we wouldn’t make the next activity by moving the booking time. The person I spoke to kept repeating that they no longer open at that time. They spoke to the manager about making an exception considering I had booked well ahead of time and simply can’t move the time. They refused.
I asked why I wasn’t contacted much earlier after they explained their timings had changed last year. The person I spoke with said they hadn’t got that far in calling people and didn’t know about it because I had booked so far in advance. I was also told that they wouldn’t have known it was for a hen do because I didn’t book a party.
In my opinion, reporting for a large company like this should be much better and the customer is not at fault for booking too far in advance. In addition, why would I book a child’s party for a hen do, and even if I had, it begs the question on whether I would have been contacted before now.
Overall, the person I spoke to did not provide good customer service. They seemed to get more frustrated the more I expressed that I was displeased. It sounded like the only way the person would be nice was if the customer agreed to everything.
This wasn’t my problem to fix. I purchased/booked a service which they did not/could not provide, they could not communicate well ahead of time and they tried blaming the customer for booking too far in advance.
Poor. Very poor.
Ninja Warrior Chlemsford was so much…
Ninja Warrior Chlemsford was so much fun, took my nieces for the day where they loved the inflatables section and were determined to beat the wall ! fab day out for all even Hubby beat the wall ! Tom Mc was really helpful on arrival ensuring we knew the rules and what to do.Well worth a trip for a fun day out, ninjas rule
Rude and unhelpful staff
Bristol cribbscauseway
Well started of by having to wait 20 minutes to enter despite booking online in advance.
Got my girls some gloves for the climbing but these were flimsy and ripped very easily. But this wasn't the problem.
Myself and older daughter sat upstairs and I went to get the kids food. 2 drinks for girls, a milkshake for oldest cup of tea for myself and a potion of chips and a pizza for kids cost best part of £30.
40 minutes later no pizza or chips. Went to counter told its being cooked.
10 minutes later same thing and 10 minutes later and same thing
So now I decided to ask for a refund to take girls to mc donalds and 3 times i was told waiting for a manager.
By this time I am getting frustrated I suffer anxiety and started to get wound up so yes raised my voice.
Now managers turn up and surrounded me and I started to feel threatened they told me to leave, I kept demanding a refund and was told no refund. I then pushed past them and grabbed the card reader (yes big mistake I know) and then my way was blocked so I pushed past went down stairs and put the reader on the counter before I walked out.
The staff called the police no action was taken but I was Banned form the venue (no loss)
Still £17 out of pocket
And still fuming about the rudness of staff for making me feel that way.
Great place and fun for kids.
Ninja warrior Bristol
Ninja warrior Bristol
It’s always disorganised when you enter- long lines with 1 person assisting and maybe a second will come for 5 mins if you’re lucky.
Once inside it’s alright - kids always have fun
Accidentally booked Milton Keynes - manager was rude unbothered - didn’t care - told me to ask Milton Keynes for a refund and then book here … not the slightest bit helpful .
We’ll be going back to free dog
Horrible place
Glamourised inflatable castle, unbelievable that they can charge that much for that.
Horrible place, dirty, disinterested staff,
Smelly toilets, a total rip off.
Avoid
Ninja warrior Chatham took my four…
Ninja warrior Chatham took my four grandsons just before Christmas from the lady who checked us in who spent time with the boys talking through the ninja warrior experience also talked about how excited they were about Christmas to all the other staff who were all welcoming and friendly the boys had a fantastic time and when one of the boy’s Lucca had a slight accident the lady who took him to the medical room was lovely sorting his injury and reassuring that he would be able to continue his adventure once his finger was bandaged. Great fun lovely staff be proud of them
Ninja warrior Walsall Although staff…
Ninja warrior Walsall Although staff were helpful and nice the upstairs staff were a stark contrast young hormonal teenagers overrun with chaotic kids party’s sticky floors food everywhere and barely a mop to be seen. The food was overpriced for what it was and was delivered by yet another miserable teenager who just left it on a table no attempt to ask who’s it was etc. not to mention all the other tables full of finished food. They need cleaners for upstairs they can’t expect the staff to clean serve and host the parties all at once it’s a mess. The actual place itself is cool although the children could do with being regulated in the bouncy area lots of kids jumping on other smaller children etc I did also see blood on some of the apparatus as I was going round but I’m not surprised as nothings really regulated there…I wouldn’t return in a hurry it’s overpriced for the service you receive I’d rather go softplay not to mention we recieved a parking ticket to validate the parking it only actually works out t 50p which we found out as the machine wouldn’t accept the voucher but it did accept my friends and the difference in price was 50p so no real saving at all
Ninja Warrior UK, Watford:Terrible place
Terrible place.
My daughter’s brand new shoes were stolen during her friend’s birthday party in the Watford’s centre. Staff more than unhelpful and showing no care or initiative — reviewing their CCTV after incident was reported could have helped identify the criminal quickly….perhaps he was still there!!! They did not do it of course.
When I called them, they showed no empathy — which irritated me (as would all parents) and their health and safety manager —Max — (20 years in business apparently) told me his shoes were stolen once as well and such horrible things happen!!!!
But he did not stop there:…told him it is annoying and disappointing he did not say sorry (at least) for what had happened….his response was: would you call me and say sorry if my brother died? How irrelevant, stupid and pathetic it is.
I do not expect any help from them and I am not sure they will even review CCTV. They will stick to their policy of no
compensation and no responsibility….yet it is still annoying they do nothing to make sure your belongings are safe. CCTV is useless as we learned. Some dodgy people visit that place — staff knows about it and just does not care care if any belongings is stolen.
As a bare minimum…they could have offered any gesture of goodwill, anything…even symbolic to show they are truly sorry. But they chose to do nothing as „things like that happen”….as per their Health&Safety manager. Joke! Massive joke!!!
„No care, no bother , ignore” customer service policy at Ninja Warrior.
Sad, very sad.
Held a birthday party at ninja warrior…
Held a birthday party at ninja warrior Walsall- would never recommend this place to others. Our party host was very rude and nowhere to be found for the majority of the party. This was my major concern and reason for this poor review. For the price that we paid for the party it was a total rip off. The children get one small slice of pizza each and a few fries - we asked if we could have more pizza we were ignored 3 times- nobody got back to us. 15 hungry children - one hour play, socks and one small slice of pizza each for £22. My daughter (the birthday girl) also didn’t get a slush, as stated on the party package. If a member of staff had taken the time to communicate with her us I wouldn’t have minded so much- but very unprofessional, moody staff.
Very pleasant place although rather…
Very pleasant place although rather disappointed when I found out they charged me twice for some gloves. £9 out my bank u sillies!
Not enough tables
Not enough tables, no where to sit!! Ridiculous stood up with a baby for nearly 2 hours!!!!
Cafe is a rip off staff need to prioritise customers
Visited the Leeds site today and customer service was poor. There was a long queue to book in and just one member of staff dealing with people whilst his colleague was busy packing socks away behind the counter who then eventually dealt with customers when he was finished - the customers should be the priority not the socks. There was a 20 minute queue to order food and a long wait of 30 minutes for the food then to arrive- okay, it’s busy, I get it. I paid £3.70 for a Luke warm latte and £1.50 for a tiny pack of 18g seabrooks crisps - total rip off. Won’t buy anything here again. On the plus side the kids enjoyed the obstacles but the cafe is an inefficient rip off.
Could be so much better
Half of the obstacle course cannot be accessed by younger children because the bars are too high. I brought 3 kids today, all of which were 140cm tall, and none of them could use the right hand side of the course. Upon trying to lift my kids up I was firmly told that wasn’t allowed which seems ridiculous. The young girl who told me that wasn’t allowed acknowledged that she didn’t know why the bars were so high and that it was a common complaint. It’s clearly set up for older, bigger kids which quite honestly is not the right demographic you should be targeting, especially when half of the set up is an inflatable course designed for younger kids. All of my kids (10,10,8) were disappointed. Highly unlikely we will be back so won’t be using the socks you made us purchase. Smallish venue, limited obstacles, average value for money. Could be so much better.
Staff at Edinburgh ninja warrior were…
Staff at Edinburgh ninja warrior were unpleasant, unhelpful and more interested in texting and speaking to each other. They were very young and seemed to have no direction. I was spoken to by an older lady about the fact I had no trainers on , when I said I had only flip flops as it was so warm she advised I would need to wear them. WHAT ,on the assault course, this was after I had been on for 30 mins. It was a family outing and was spoiled by the staff, we will NOT be back
First time visiting today and will be back!
First time visiting today and I have to say, very impressed. The manager on duty even come over to each table to make sure everything was ok. Which it was.
Drinks bar is priced reasonably and the drinks are good.
Price is on the plus side to get in but expected for something of this size.
Staff very friendly! We have a 14,13 and 11 year old (the 11 is about the same height as a 6 year old!) but they all loved it and found things to do. 1 hour is more than enough I would say.
Highly recommended!
