Cons:
- not instant withdrawal. If you have the funds in my account, why would it take 1-3 days to withdraw funds in my wallet?
- never got notifications when I got paid or withdraw is complete
- website is not mobile compatible

Horrific Experience
My organization recently migrated to this payroll provider. The entire process has been disorganized , chaotic and downright mind blowing for the type and level of service expected of a payroll provider in 2025.

Based on my personal experience they are NOT an industry leading provider for various reasons, the top 3 are outlined below.

1. This provider is only able to generate payments to one account for payroll recipients. This is unheard of industry standard is that multiple accounts can receive payroll. They are unable to provide any specific ETA on when multi accounts will be live.

2. This provider has no direct customer service contact number only an email address that is used for escalations. When escalations do arise the turn around time has exceeded 4+hours.

3. Our company has been live with this provider and they have still yet to provide information on how to access things like pay statement viewing and retrieval.

The reviews for this provider are pretty high on trust pilot,and I would imagine that our team was looking for a cost cutting service but if our HR team would have inquired on functionality for basic things I don't think this provider would have been in the running for this business.

I am highly disappointed in this platform

out of all the payroll / peo products out there I feel this is the most well baked product. They're smaller but the product is beyond Rippling and Deel. Really great customer service and up times exceeded my expectations.
