We bought an Umrah package through Noble Umrah. Our Makkah experience was fine. Our Madinah hotel was less than 2 star. It was supposed to be a 4 star hotel. There was very poor customer and cleaning service at the hotel in Madinah. The bathroom was very dirty and moldy. On our second day we went to the dining hall for breakfast and they kicked us out as we were grabbing food which was extremely humiliating. Breakfast was supposed to be included. We called Noble Umrah to complain but they didn’t do anything. They listened but there was no action taken. We were overall dissatisfied with our Umrah experience through Noble Umrah.

I had a great experience with noble umrah! They provide me the best service and i’m fully satisfied and i will def travel with them agin the stuff and the owner very cooperative!!

As a woman, I felt very unsafe in my stay. The housing staff was very dismissive to any problems I had. The hotel does not meet regular safety standards and I would not recommend anyone stay here.

Super unsafe for women. The door had to remain unlocked and I felt so uncomfortable and scared.

As a Muslim women they made no effort to make me comfortable. They were rude when I tried to express myself and put the blame on me and failed to properly communicate. I wouldn’t recommend! Even though it’s a cheaper alternative it’s not worth it.

Terrible experience. As a woman, I felt completely unsafe and vulnerable. When I asked for help, they outright refused and showed no concern for my well-being. Their lack of professionalism and empathy was shocking. I would strongly advise others, especially women, to stay away. This is not a place you can trust.

My experience with this Umrah travel agency was extremely unsettling. The hotel room they arranged was unsafe, with only one key card provided for four people, forcing the room to remain unlocked. This led to serious privacy issues, including a man walking into my room unexpectedly. When I reported these concerns, the agency refused to help, showed no accountability, and instead blamed me for the situation. I strongly advise against using this agency—they cannot be trusted with your safety or comfort. It’s not safe for women.

Noble made everything easy for our Umrah Group of 16 people this past December. I was getting 24/7 support from brother Tehseen through out the planning process and he always made sure to check with me before making any major decisions and also always gave multiple alternatives when it came to hotels. When we arrived in Saudi Arabia the hotels were just as promised and very beautiful 5 star with breakfast included. They were also very close to the haram just within 5 min or less walking distance with lots of stores and shops nearby. Also whenever we needed transportation the drivers would be exactly on time. MaashaAllah I do recommend Noble Umrah, they are very dedicated to what they do. Their customer service is excellent, they try to accommodate the customer on their needs. I have been working with Rayyan Shafique and Musa, very polite, patient and very responsive when you call them or message them. I would highly recommend Noble Umrah very responsive and beautiful customer service. Jzk Allah kheir for everything!

Both Hira and Shoaib were extremely helpful, they did what they could to accommodate every one of my needs. I highly recommend them and using Noble Umrah for any of you umrah trips.
