Alhumdullilah.. The best umrah experience with Taibah Travels. Very organized and co ordinated. Saudi on ground transportation (Muhabiya transport) was excellent . Umrah guide(Aqeel) well explained everything about performing umrah. Jazak Allah khairan kaseera brother Ali Raza for helping and co ordination and organizing everything perfectly Alhumdullilah

If I could give this agency 0 out of 5, I would. It was my husband and I's first umrah so I didn't know what to do and was very nervous in regards to the hotels and transportation etc. I looked up a few umrah travel agencies off of insta and Facebook and decided on the one that provided me what I was looking for. The agents were great up until I paid the deposits and the flights. After that, I could barely get in contact with the guy in regards to visa etc. whenever I spoke with him, he was extremely reassuring that everything will be taken care of and I don't need to worry.

The visas finally came a few days before our flight and the hotel and transport vouchers came the day of our flight. I noticed that the agency changed BOTH our hotels and one of the hotel was a downgrade. I spoke to them while standing at the gate for my flight and they stated that it's not a downgrade and that the movenpick hotel in Medina had issues etc which is the reason they changed it.

Now time comes for the actual travel and below is my list of grievances with the agency:

1. Umrah guide never sent
2. ⁠Nusuk app info never sent
3. ⁠Delay in sending all vouchers, received same day as flight to Jeddah. (Mecca ziyarat missed due to this delay)
4. ⁠Mecca - Swissotel changed to Movenpick (further back in clocktower).
5. Medina - movenpick hotel changed to Dar AlEman, further from haram.
6. Medina hotel Dar AlEman voucher incomplete, reservation number was missing and hotel was unable to give the same reservation. Called taibah travels multiple times and was unable to reach, 24 hour number or Saudia number never received when promised 24/7 Saudia number would be provided.

I've spoken to the travel agency and even sent video proofs of how further the Medina hotel was. I asked for an update about my grievance and no response when they told me they would follow up. Do yourself a favor and don't go with a travel agency, just book everything yourself.

Great experience, fabulous customerservice. I will absolutely do it again with you.

Great Experience .
Best Umrah experience. Mr. Noman is very professional. His teams in Makkah and Madinah coordinated all the transportation and mazarat for us. The hotels recommended were amazing. For the first time... I Got a real full Kaaba view room. Mr. Noman also arranged for a Umrah guide for us ... He made the umrah experience very spiritual with all his duaa and advices.
I highly recommend Taibah Travels... ask for Mr. Noman.

Absolutely amazing experience!
I had an incredible trip thanks to Taibah Travels From the very beginning, their team was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making my vacation perfect. Every detail was handled — flights, hotels, tours, and even special requests — with care and efficiency. The itinerary was well planned, allowing us to relax and enjoy without any stress. I especially appreciated their personal touches and quick support whenever we had questions. I’ll definitely be booking with them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a seamless and memorable travel experience!

At first we requested a specific hotel in Makkah and they send a confirmation for it. At the last minute they changed our hotel without consulting us. Furthermore they promised a hotel room with a full view of the Kaaba, which we paid a premium for it, and we got a room with just a partial view of the Kaaba. When we complained about the downgrade, they kept promising us to fix the issue to to avail until they just ignored altogether. Other complaints involved lack of communication, latent response and late arrival of the taxi drivers they hired for us.
We still have the messages back and forth between us and their agents to prove our claim.

Alhamdulillah, the trip was truly a blessing. It was beautifully organized, coordinated, and thoughtfully arranged. I am deeply grateful to Muhammed Arslan and Zain Khan, our dedicated agents and main contacts throughout the journey. Their professionalism and genuine care shone through as they constantly checked on us during our time in Makkah and Madinah. I sincerely appreciate their kindness and support. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you once again from the bottom of my heart for making this experience so special!

Excellent Service & Price! Br. Zain was a little slow in responding in the beginning, but during our Umrah trip he did not disappoint us. He would respond immediately to all of our questions & needs. The ground transportation he provided was always on time. We were very happy with the hotels he booked for us and we were impressed with their service. Zain took care of all the headaches the would have come if I had to arrange everything myself & the price was excellent.
