Do not fall for the premium package if you are an owner

Do not fall for the premium package scam!!!! The 6399 rupees plan offers so many things but they don't really do any work here. The biggest scam is 'rental agreement home delivered' this actually means they will deliver the home agreement and that's it. To make the agreement you need to pay another 1997 rupees. The RM is anther scam, you only get an agent to chat or call, the RM never really responds.

Tenant Deposit Used for Fake Maintenance Charges

In my experience, the deduction process lacked transparency. They take a 2-month deposit but significant amounts were deducted for charges that were not clearly disclosed upfront.

For example, I was charged around ₹3,000 for a toilet jet replacement, whereas the usual market cost appears significantly lower. Additionally, ₹7,000 was deducted for “deep cleaning.”

My question is: if tenants are expected to pay for deep cleaning at move-out, shouldn’t the property also be handed over in professionally deep-cleaned condition at move-in?

On the day of inspection, I was only informed about the toilet jet issue and was told everything else was fine. The deep cleaning deduction was communicated only after I had already vacated the property.

When I questioned the deduction, I was verbally informed that it was considered part of maintenance, but no clear contractual clause or detailed justification was provided.

Since I was unable to receive satisfactory clarification regarding the deductions, I have also raised a grievance with the Department of Consumer Affairs.

Eligible for less than 1 star rating

There is no lesser option hence I would rate them for 1 star.. not trust worthy people .. you will get multiple calls from them initially , but on e you take a subscription, that’s all you’re done.. nobody will bother to respond to you. I took a premium subscription and paid.. That’s it, you cannot contact them unless they want to get any info from you..My case is not resolved for more than 4 months now. All your complaints , escalations,mails are just a waste of your time.. these people are not worthy..

Get frustrated..
I will never ever recommend this service..

Your team called me repeatedly for payment, but now that I’m asking for my money back, no one is even bothering to respond.

I’ve called 100+ times but no one has even bothered to respond. As per the agreement, if your team unable to find a tenant within 60 days, the money was to be refunded. It’s now been 120 days and I still haven’t received a response.

At the time of registration, your team called me 100+ times for payment, but now that I’m asking for my money back, no one is even calling me. I request you to refund my money immediately. Otherwise, I will be forced to post reviews on all platforms.

I already trying to connect with them tool free number and from slow app NoBroker app no luck. One of the worst service it is from your end

Don't buy any subscription of nobroker

Don't buy any subscription of nobroker for your property sales or tenant services.

Until I purchase subscription for my property sales, they made continuous calls and assured that my property will be sold in 2 weeks, but after subscription no response, no prospects, no response to calls and even field manager not visited property atleast once.

Very worst service and I recommend everyone not to take any subscription.

Looks fake.

Looks fake.. It has been one month I chose relax plan but there has been only one visit to my apartment from their side and that also did not materialise. Before I chose their plan and paid for it, they continuously called me telling there are multiple queries however, there is hardly any communication after the payment.

Fake people, wastage of money & time

It’s true guys, I have also experienced the same. No-broker sales team will run behind you & will do lots of false claims before....but as soon as you take the subscription, they will disappear & it will become hard to connect with RM/FM or same sales representative. In my case also, sales guy increased my rent by 10% saying that you have undervalued your property, this actually belongs to a prime property category…that all will appear genuine so one will easily get tempted & think of getting higher rent with the help of them. And now after increasing the rent, I stopped getting calls from prospective tenants.
It’s wastage of money, time & effort taking paid subscription from no-broker as it doesn't make difference whether paid service or free service.

Their so-called “expert” technician…

Their so-called “expert” technician opened the AC and, instead of using proper rust spray or professional cleaning methods on the AC coil, he poured water on it and scrubbed it aggressively with a hard iron brush. As a result, the coil got damaged at multiple places.

After damaging the coil, the technician casually told me that it now needs to be replaced. This is completely unprofessional and careless behavior. When I raised a complaint, their response was simply that they would issue a refund.

I strongly advise everyone to avoid taking AC services from NoBroker. Very poorly trained and unprofessional people are working with them, handling expensive appliances in a reckless and disorganized manner.

Absolutely horrible experience with…

Absolutely horrible experience with NoBroker. This platform is nothing but a scam in the name of “services.”

They took almost ₹30,000 from us with false promises — first assuring they would get the right tenant for our property, then later convincing us again saying they would help get buyers for the same property. Nothing professional ever happened after taking the money.

Their packers and movers service was even worse. The labourers who came were drunk and completely unprofessional. The entire experience was pathetic and unsafe. When we immediately asked them to cancel the service and refund the amount, they simply ghosted us and stopped responding.

To make things even more shocking, we trusted their team and handed over our flat keys. Now we have been repeatedly requesting them to return the keys, but nobody is responding to our calls, messages, or requests.

This company has zero accountability, zero professionalism, and absolutely no respect for customers. I genuinely feel platforms like this should be banned for cheating and misleading people so openly.

Please be very careful before trusting or paying NoBroker for any service.

NoBroker AC Service Scam — Paid Service, Extortion Attempts, Fake Assurances & 11 Days of Negligence

Booked AC service from NoBroker for a gas leakage issue, paid the full service amount, and your technician still had the audacity to demand extra cash on the side. Pure extortion disguised as “service.”

Within just 20 days, the AC stopped cooling again. Since then, your entire support system has been nothing but a circus of fake assurances, scripted replies, and shameless negligence. I was handed ticket numbers, promised “48-hour resolution,” told the matter was “escalated,” and assured that the “team will reach out shortly.” It’s now been over 11 DAYS and not a single competent person has shown up.

Your chat support is completely useless — copy-paste responses with zero accountability. Social media escalation? Another joke. Your team seems more interested in delaying customers until they give up rather than actually resolving issues.

In the end, I had to hire a local technician and PAY AGAIN out of my own pocket because your company failed to provide even the most basic after-service support.

And while your team kept hiding behind fake commitments, my 21-day-old baby suffered through Delhi’s brutal May heat because of your incompetence and irresponsible customer handling. This is not just bad service — this is outright exploitation of customers who trusted your platform.

Absolutely disgraceful experience. A company that cannot stand behind its own paid services should stop pretending to be a professional service platform.

Very disappointing experience with…

Very disappointing experience with NoBroker post-service support. I booked their AC service, but the cooling issue was never fixed even after the service was completed. Despite multiple follow-ups and continuous tagging on X, I kept receiving fake assurances like “our team will contact you shortly,” but no actual resolution was provided.

Their customer support is extremely poor. Phone lines are always busy, and the chat support team keeps sending the same canned responses without even properly understanding the issue. There is zero accountability, zero ownership, and no real intent to help the customer.

Paying for the service was easy, but getting the AC cooling issue resolved has been a complete nightmare. This has been a frustrating and exhausting experience, and based on this level of support, I would not recommend their services to anyone.

Very bad service

Very bad service, in terms of communication between the teams, pesudopromises, reactivity of RM and PMs, proactiveness, difficulty to reach RM/PMs (by phone, chat and email), pathetic AI chat bot, pathetic contract editing service. Very poor professionalism, very bad maintenance service... overall waste of money to go with them.

Despite sharing the registered details there were no communication what is so ever from no broker... typical of this agency, lot of promise no action and mostly deceiving!!

Very poor service

I had an extremely stressful and disappointing experience with NoBroker Packers and Movers during my recent local house shifting.

Before booking, I specifically asked whether the shifting would be handled by NoBroker’s own staff or outsourced vendors because I was concerned about accountability and service quality. The NoBroker executive clearly assured me that only NoBroker staff would handle the move and that a NoBroker supervisor would be present on-site throughout the process. Based on these assurances and repeated follow-up calls before payment, I proceeded with the booking.

However, immediately after paying the advance, communication dropped drastically. I had to wait almost an entire day just to get responses from support.

The assigned vendor turned out to be J K Cargo Packers, Mulund — a third-party vendor, contrary to what was promised. On the moving day, only 4 workers arrived and there was no supervisor at all.

I had specifically paid extra for carpenter services, but no carpenter came. One worker attempted to do the dismantling work himself despite clearly lacking the required expertise. Throughout the shifting process, the workers repeatedly demanded additional money for tasks that were already included in the package. Charges were added arbitrarily.

At one point, when I questioned the excessive extra charges, one worker threatened to stop unloading my belongings. The same worker repeatedly used highly unprofessional language during the interaction.

The situation became worse as packing materials ran out midway, and fragile glass items were packed without proper wrapping or protection. I also discovered that one of my AC copper pipe sets went missing during the move.

The entire shifting process dragged on until 4 AM the next morning despite my family packing 8 boxes the day before. Despite the poor experience, I was pressured on the spot to provide a good rating and positive feedback.

I had also opted for AC installation service. After installation, the AC started leaking heavily from the indoor unit. The technician promised to return and fix the issue, but even after two days, he has not responded properly. NoBroker support and the concerned representative from J K Cargo Packers, Mr. Sirajuddin Khan, have also been unresponsive.

I strongly recommend that people think carefully before using this service. The initial quote may appear cheaper, but the hidden charges, lack of accountability, poor service quality, and stress involved can ultimately cost far more — financially and mentally — than hiring a reliable packers and movers service directly.

This company is total fake for NRI…

This company is total fake for NRI services. Paid for renting out my shop twice once in April 2024 and again in March 2026. Both times there RM wil show progress on paper only and no field assistance showing property. Also they will call in the middle of the night when we have clearly indicated that we are asleep. After the 30 day period there RM will never pick up the call and now the lady who requested payment has blocked my number as well.
