Nola Melbourne Avis 

Do not waste your money. Business is not closing down and is not based in Melbourne. Received totally different earrings than ordered then Nola would not refund money unless I returned incorrect earrings and paid for return postage. Also would not resend correct earrings even though promised to do so. Just stay away from Nola jewellery. Business is a total disaster.

This is a scam. Black cardigan not delivered. Would not give refund.

Don't buy jewellery from this site. The 'stones' are plastic (not even glass), and so are the mounts. Although they look lovely, they are certainly are not

I bought 2 dresses over Nola Melbourne.com and they sent me tracing number over the Post Office Australia but when I press on tracing the message appears “ the tracing number made privately, it is not in our system“ What to do ? I sent them email complaining about they are not in Melbourne they take money from Chine from Hong Kong , they responded that they have supplies from different suppliers

Website does not clearly indicate that the company is based in Hong Kong. Discovered when an international transaction fee was charged. Item purchased resembles item seen online but quality is poor.
Wiil not be a returning customer.

I am embarrassed I feel for this scam! When I asked for a refund they said why not take another product instead? It will only cost postage if $105 AUD!

The company is a Scam. It is not in Melb. Jewellery is bad and ugly. When you want to return. The address is in China in a dodgy place. Then they lied and said I didn't pay customs which means my "package" was trapped in China.
Comunication is bad.
Please don't fall for it. There is no sweet lady retiring is just a bunch of scamers waiting for you at the other end

The ring advertised looked nothing like what I received. This company should be fined. I wish there was an upload tab you need to laugh or you would cry.

Scam. I award minus star. I ordered pretty earrings. Cheap rubbish arrived. Nothing like the website photo. Will try to get refund. Not optimistic about that!

This is a SCAM !! Do not buy from this company - they are NOT producing in Melbourne by some sweet looking elegant lady who is retiring - cheap crap made in China - still get the crap eventually which is why it is hard to dispute via PayPal, shipping impossible to follow - report via Scamwatch !!!

Nola Melbourne is SCAM, the Jewellery is not hand crafted in Melbourne buy from China.
After fighting in emails they gave me a refund and now trying to get the refund for the other, she said 25% refund I said no way. So I have reported her on SCAM WATCH, I think they will be very interested, could all you people report her on SCAM WATCH.
Please do this maybe we can get all our money back.

some rings on this site looked familiar so I google searched them... the identical rings came up on SheIn for $2.95 whilst Nola was apparently selling the same item for $44 on sale from $200.

All their items are on Shein. Yep

This company is a complete scam. i received the earrings but they are chinese rubbish that look nothing like the pictures. This lady is not a real person.

Not much to do about Melbourne and a lady retiring from her profession when the return address is to here.

Fake Fake Fake. Warning! Do not purchase anything. The whole “story” about Nola is fake. All the jewellery is also found on cheap websites eg SHEIN, Temu, Ali express. There’s nothing handcrafted about this junk jewellery.
