If I could leave NO STARS I would. Terrible company.
I ordered a top based on their size guide - a large. It was like a child's top when it arrived. When I requested a refund as per my consumer rights, they said its not their policy and continued to ignore my request, even though this was their fault.
I eventually got my bank involved. Awful product experience and terrible customer service. Avoid. Go somewhere else. This is the assurance you need when buying products online - that you can return them.

Avoid this company, like the absolute plague, infact, if there was an option between contact with the plague and buying from this company, choose plague.

Ordered a shirt from them, arrived fresh from the "Netherlands" (China), item was not anywhere near like imaged, literal buttons hanging on for deeeeear life. Meant to be a large, would have struggled to fit a large ten year old.

Ultimately, this company is just Shein with a nicer website.

Once again, choose plague.

Avoid avoid avoid! Scam company sent items late extremely poor quality, not like the pictures or descriptions and now as per ‘their’ policy only store credit available and you have to ship the product back to China! Absolute joke.

Do not order from these people.
The quality is very low and obviously shoddy. Sizing is weird.
The return address is to china.
They offer to sell you another item at discount instead of return because the return will be expensive.
They have an address in Netherlands which is on site but insist because of internal systems it must go back to china.
Deliberately misleading if not mis sold as postage is stated as free on order with no mention of problems with return.

**£159.99 taken – no bag and no refund**

I ordered a bag from Nola Fashion on 25 July 2026 for £159.99 (Order #1499).

Nola Fashion later informed me in writing that my shipment had been lost in transit and that the item was out of stock.

I declined their offer of another product and requested a full refund to my original payment method. They confirmed that a refund had been requested.

Instead of returning my £159.99, they issued store credit without my agreement. I clearly rejected the store credit and again requested my money back.

As of 15 August 2026, I have received neither the bag nor my £159.99.

I have now had to open a formal dispute with my credit card provider.

I have retained the complete email correspondence supporting everything stated above.

This is my personal, documented experience with Nola Fashion. Customers can draw their own conclusions.
