Didn’t receive what I thought I ordered and could not get a response from anyone. Still haven’t. I ordered before the 13th , sent several emails about my
order, along with order information and still no response at all. I would not recommend buying anything. I would like my 37.00 refund. No response.

Delivery took forever and it doesn’t work too well.

The product is crap. I emailed for a refund and no answer. Grrrr

The product worked good after several trys but did not work the way it was advertised.

It took 2 times to get the drain unclogged but after that it seems to be working well now.

I have not used them yet. However I see and can feel how well constructed they are. I’m super sure they will be amazing. Now when I take bowls out of microwave I won’t get burned by the heat of the bowl, the steam off the food or any liquid that happens to spill out.

Suction cups are hard plastic and would not attach to anything. They are completely useless. We have corian walls, very smooth, in the shower and the suction cups which should attach easily to that surface wont begin to attach.

Merchandise never received.

I ordered the sink drain hair strainer catcher and they said that my package has came, but I have not received anything. I emailed them three different times and I still haven’t heard back from them. It’s funny how they don’t have no contact number and they won’t even try to email you back to solve the problem. I guess I’m gonna have to call my bank and just won’t order from them no more. I’m going to try amazon they sell the same thing I ordered from this company

Absolutely horrible customer service!!!
40 days since my order & I still haven't received my merchandise.
2 direct emails from my email account to their customer service email address have gone unanswered. Also, 3 messages sent directly to them from their website "contact us" link have gone unanswered. That's 5 total futile attempts to reach them & get answers.
While only $35+ , I've disputed the charge with my credit card company. (Also, after not receiving my order, I then read reviews about that product which were ~25% 1-2 stars because it didn't work as advertised!!)

The product did not do as it promised. I still have problems with my sewer system that your product promised to alleviate. My pipes are still backing up. Not satisfied at all

I ordered nail clippers over 3 wks ago. My cc was immediately posted and got a msg they were about to ship. Did not receive. Sent message, no response! Sent email to customer service, e mail no longer exist.

Package was damaged when I finally received it . Handles were broken. I emailed back went i got my order but never got a feed back . Ask if I could get a replacement think I got ripped off

They advertise a nail clipper and trimmer on the internet, but when you go to order it, it goes to a nail grinder and polisher.
Thinking that I am buying a good product, I ordered a set of 3 Electric Nail Grinders and Polishers for CAD$53.22 (including shipping) as a package. The order was received in 10 days with which I don't have any complaints; however, the product is practically useless. When you turn it on, and it touches your nail, it stops and doesn't do anything. After trying several times, I had to go back to my traditional nail clipper and regret the fact that I have fallen for a scam and have wasted my money.
I will not order anything from this company again and I strongly recommend everyone to think twice before they buy anything from them.

Loved the product. Keeps the area around my kitchen faucet clear of a watery mess and saves from hard water spots.

Product is good but one was slightly damaged.
