Nolaras Avis 87

Never received anything! I sent an email on your customer service website but never heard anything. Will not order anything again!

The item I purchased is well made and stylish. Though it is is too large for my sink plug hole. These is there is a fitting in my sink that does not allow the Nolaras the depth it needs to open and close. Quite disappointed, but glad I only purchased one.

I did not get nail clippers, I got nail file polishers not what I wanted.

Always suspicious when you get an email asking for product review and you haven’t received any info or the merchandise, since placing the order. Still waiting for it to arrive! Have learned another valuable lesson. Gotta stop buying this sh*t online!

I ordered sink strainers but they don’t fit in any of my sinks as advertised. Not good products. I just wasted $40 and won’t get my money back. I see in other reviews the same thing happened. I will never again order from these pretend half a**companies that pop up on Facebook or other places.

I emailed you twice, on the 10th and 12th of Febraury regarding an error I made when I ordered the product. I did not receive a response and the product was shipped.

I was not impressed with this product in being able
to do what was advertised. I admit I was fooled into thinking I would get more. (The pictures of the product bottle was deceiving.) I had a particular project I hoped would be resolved with this product, but it failed.

Took forever to get delivered and packaging was crushed. One of the baskets is bent and I want to return them because they don't fit my drain. NO ONE RESPONDS TO MY REQUEST.

I received notification that my product had been delivered. It had not. I have sent them two emails & have yet to receive a reply. Avoid these scammers like the plague!

I have sent several emails trying to return the items I purchased. They do not fit in my sinks. I am very disappointed that no one answers my request to return the items. Dorothy

The merchandise arrived earlier than I expected & was in very good shape. The sets have been forwarded to my great-grands & they love them. So all is well! Thank you for your kindness. You all really are very nice to communicate with.

The item barely does what it purports to do. It simply is not designed to closely trim nails.

I am putting the worst star there is. I pay for it. It came out of my account. I have not received this item. Please send soon or refund my money back. Thank you.!!

I have tried emailing several times and even sent a picture of the wrong product that arrived. I ordered three electric trimmers and they sent me three electric grinders. No one from this company has gotten back to me. Despite sending several more emails since I have written this review, I have still not heard back from this company. Yet, I have since received emails claiming that they have over 20,000 satisfied customers and wanting me to order more product. Clearly, I have made a mistake my ordering from this company.

5 stars for Nolaras as I found their website easy to navigate until I located the product I chose, which was a pair of anti-scald bowl holders. I was especially pleased that the pricing was in Australian currency rather than American. The actual cost of the product was reasonable as was the cost of freight.
I appreciated the quick turn around from ordering the product to actually receiving it, being only two weeks. Thank you Nolaras.
I found using the anti-scald bowl holders to be amazing. Removing extremely hot trays, plates and bowls from the oven and air fryer was so much easier than previously, and much safer as well.
I would recommend both this product and Nolaras to others. Good quality at an affordable price from a company that puts it's customers first.

I realized after ordering and paying for products and shipping that I wasn't given an expected delivery date, so I emailed the company and asked. They never replied. Several days later, I got a tracking number... for 17Track, and realized this was coming from China. not what they'd have you believe from looking at their website. I ordered on February 10 and my card was charged immediately. They shipped two days later, and I received the product on March 2. That's not what I would describe as "fast shipping", even though their website does.

And the product? It sucks. Way overpriced for the cheap quality and low power.

On February 25, nearly a week before I even received the product, I received an email asking me to evaluate it. This is that evaluation. In the email, you could select 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 stars. 4 and 5 took you to the Trustpilot site to leave a review. 1, 2, and 3 take you to "Contact us" for the company. You decide what that means. I would have given 3 stars before realizing this sleezy tactic.

Labeling has no English information. I used the product and it did not work as noted in the advertising for this product.

It took better than 10 days to receive my product, but when it arrived and I had a chance to use it I was impressed by how quickly it worked on a drain that had been giving me problems for at least a month and nothing else worked to clear it,
