Nomadex Avis 4

The item I ordered, a jacket, was not the same color as pictured online. It appeared to be a different material. The zipper was the cheapest I’ve ever seen and I don’t believe it would last more than a very few zips. When I asked to return it, and had provided my order number, they still requested pictures of the item. Although it had a California address on the shipping label, I was asked to return it at my expense to what looks like a non-business residential address in New Zealand, and only after it is received, if ever, will they assess to decide if I’ll receive a refund. I’m amazed to see good reviews, and I don’t believe them. I think the company is a scam, but I know the merchandise is very cheaply made, and the return policy makes returns as difficult, expensive as possible with no guarantee of refund.

I ordered a wireless jump rope from Nomadex.co (Cheyenne, WY) on August 16, 2025 for $31.46. I requested to cancel after learning it was coming from China, not the U.S., but my request was ignored.

The product is essentially a $5 Chinese rope, instructions are for a long rope, and now they want me to return it to New Zealand at my expense, even though the site shows a U.S. address.

Extremely misleading, shady, and frustrating. I cannot recommend Nomadex.co.

Trust worthy and always high quality. Will purchase again for sure.

I was expecting a regular store but the amount interesting items here is insane and the shipping is so quick (I live in nz and my items arrived in 4 days) ill definitely buy from this store on a regular basis!!!
