Good communication

Good communication, set date and time. Engineers turned up on time. Pleasant and polite. Quickly installed the fibre. Cleaned up after themselves. Explained what to expect. Good job.
Did have a problem connecting so rang for support. Spoke to Lisa , friendly and chatty, sorted in less than five minutes. Great !.

Massive shoutout to Lisa!

Massive shoutout to Lisa!

Since joining with No One Internet last year Lisa Hewitt helped to get everything sorted including with the Wayleave which was a massive pain in the bum! She did all the chasing up for us and really went the extra mile to ensure we got everything sorted! Now we finally got the installation completed in our block and my word, the internet has been FANTASTIC. Compared to what we had before, max of 30mbps during the day, their service has been brilliant thus far! Not that I expect any issues but I'm confident that if there ever is, they will be there to help in a heartbeat with their level of customer service! Thank you Lisa & No One Internet! :)

Great Personal Service

Switching both our Broadband and Landline services went smoothly with plenty of updates along the way. The staff at No One Internet seem to care that they give a good and personal service.

Excellent customer service from Shannon, she emailed and called me to keep me updated with the fibre being installed and our phone line being ported over to them. Fantastic Service all round. Thank you Shannon and the team.

Awesome Customer Support and Super Reliable.

Ive been a No One customer for over 6 months now. In that time I have only contacted support on 3 occasions. Initially for the setup which turned out to be my fault as I had not read the instructions correctly. What I can say is my calls have been quickly answered and the support is second to none. Ben in particular has gone above an beyond and even calling me back to check if all was OK outside the support hours. Highly recommended and the service and has pretty faultless in that time. You wont regret the decision to go with this provider

best customer service

rang on the phone at 9am I thought this is going to be the usual on hold for a long time that you get when phoning other companies, boy was I wrong! it only rang for about 5 seconds and i was through to the menu, I pressed 2 for technical support again thinking this is where I will be on holld for ages, wrong again the guy answered straight away, sadly I did not get his name so cannot give him the credit he deserves. he gave me the information I needed and talked me through every thing I needed to know.
I have been with noone internet now for over a year and have had no problems with their service, the only time my internet has gone down was when some construction worker dug through a main fiber optic link.
my annual contract came to a end but as we were looking to move house I did not want to take out a new contract with anyone so I emiled noone and explained that to them, no problem they just keep me on with no price rise until we move home.
they are without doubt the best ISP I have used so far and I have been on the internet since dial up.

I recently had a challenging experience with my previous internet service provider, and I was feeling frustrated until I discovered NoOne/Leetline. After a bit of online research, I decided to give them a try, and I'm so glad I did!

Just about to join No One internet and had some basic questions about the installation. Lisa was fantastic and really put my mind at rest. Super quick to answer the call and questions, this is how customer service should be, and No One has a new customer!

Domains and hosting -> excellent

I've taken over as volunteer IT and web dev for a small charity.
NoOne are the nominet registrar and host a small wordpress site.
I'm so used to having full control of servers and domains I was expecting interacting to be annoying and slow.
I was wrong, NoOne are so fast to respond to tickets. How fast? I spotted a DNS error this evening, reported by email at 8.44pm, I've just been emailed they've actioned and resolved at 8:53pm
They also answered the phone the other day within a minute, and the person that answered knew and could look up everything, in detail.
I'd like to thank NoOne for the service, and more importantly the previous volunteer for choosing NoOne.

Knowledgeable support staff

It's easy to judge a company positively when you haven't really put them to the test, but I'm pleased to report that these guys didn't let me down when I had some issues recently with my service. The support staff genuinely seem to know what they're talking about which meant that they could get my problem resolved quickly without getting passed around.

I love the Customer Services support…

I love the Customer Services support team from Lisa to Ben they lead you step by step through the process with a friendly persona and patience. I also love how you can get through to them straight away No One No Waiting 🙂 and how they remember your name, will this still happen after their millionth customer only time will tell. The broadband is up and running and giving fantastic results with the download/upload speeds as promised. No One might have found a customer for life

Great connection and service

I have had No One Internet for several months and the service (both Internet and customer service) has been great.
My connection has been rock solid since it was installed. The couple of times I have emailed with a technical question I have had a response from Darren the next day with a helpful response. It's really nice to be able to email them with technical questions and get technical responses back which I would never have been able to do with my previous ISP!
Lisa has also been very helpful when I emailed with installation / billing questions.
Would definitely recommend No One.

Great experience, no problems

Great experience so far. Router came on time, easy to set up and seems to work really well. I intend using my own eventually and all the details I need are in my customer portal online.
Install team from Cityfibre turned up and did a great job.
Lots of emails from No-one to keep me updated and then a phone call just after it went live to check I was happy. Great service! They even sorted a couple of things I needed to update and check when she called me. Great touch.
Static IP, no CGNAT, great service all included.

Amazing customer service

The onboarding experience was amazing from start to finish. Lisa in customer services is awesome. She helped overcome a challenge that my house was incorrectly classified as a business, nothing was too much trouble. The city fibre engineers were lovely. Explained everything, answered all my questions and were very tidy. I stupidly threw away my router login details with the packaging and Lisa and the team reset the details in minutes. I’ve been a BT and Virgin Media customer and can honestly say that this is the best customer service experience I have ever had.

Excellent provider

Very fair priced, fast reliable internet.
I also had an issue in the beginning, which was my fault. Customer services team helped me through it without any delays or unnecessary rounds, straight to the point.

No One Internet come highly recommended

No One Internet come highly recommended. Just changed from BT 1gb through Openreach to No One Internet 900 full fibre with City Fibre and performance would appear very similar. The experience from start to finish has been first class. Thank you
