I had a great experience. Had ACL + meniscus reconstruction surgery for the knee, was hospitalized for just 1 day. The service was great. The food, the room I was sleeping in, and the operation itself was done professionally. I recommend this place for anyone wanting a reliable place for medical treatment.

Had really good experience from start to finish. I received an extremely high standard of care before and after my surgery.
The team continuously checked in with me on site and after my discharge which was much appreciated.

I was following Nordclinic on a private Facebook group page for ladies only right up to the point, I decided to go for it.
I travelled on my own knowing that everything was going to be okay due to others having fantastic experiences with this clinic. I was picked up at the airport by their driver which was quite easy without issues and taken to Nordclinic. I had booked an apartment prior to and post surgery. Upon entry of the apartment I found it was beautiful and clean and had enough equipment for me to use whilst I was staying here. I was two hobs, a microwave, a toaster and utensils. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom very modern. The apartment was equipped for people with obviously for people that have had their surgery and need to use.
Consultation was booked for the day before my surgery with m surgeon Dr Egle which I was dreading. The reason being at this point they can turn people away for safety reasons e.g. weight too high or weight gain, low iron, blood pressure etc. this also proves how they conduct their business (they will not put patients lives at risk.)
Prior to my operation, I was very anxious. The staff were absolutely wonderful. I could not ask for more Post surgery well what can I say? The results were absolutely amazing far more than what I expected. Absolute miracle workers. Again in the hospital on the 4th floor, the staff and the surgeon were lovely, thorough, friendly, comforting, and helpful.
Finally they drive you back to the airport for your scheduled flight.
I could not recommend this clinic enough and would not think twice about coming back for a second surgery if needed.

They bankrupted their Vilnius branch, did not pay their workers nor clients back for services purchased in advance with offering to come to Kaunas branch to finish the set of procedures. After I refused they were gone with the wind and did not pay my money back.

I would be aware of these scammers and would not buy packs of services as the history may repeat.

I am very satisfied with the staff and the doctor's work Tautvydas Urbonas . I had an upper eyelid surgery to remove unnecessary skin and fat from the inner corners of my eyes. Post-operative care 100% , very helpful assistants.

I heard so many good things about Nordclinic from my friends, therefore, when I had to make a decision where to go for upper blepharoplasty, I didn't have to think twice and knew it that's the right place to do so.
