SCAM

7 weeks since ordering and still no socks. Every email I send is answered with an assurance the order is in its way. Sent an email this morning asking for a refund AGAIN and so far, I have had no reply.

Not a fan of this company

This company are constantly stating they are closing down. When eventually the socks arrived it turns out they were sent from China. They are not particularly good quality socks and are grossly under sized. I bought a size L supposedly size 9-11 for my size 9 feet but they were uncomfortably tight even before first wash.

I tried to return but all attempts to make contact were ignored so socks have gone in a charity donation bag!

I won't make this mistake again.

Colours entirely different than ordered …

I ordered these beautiful looking socks, inspired by the colours, in the hope they would pick me up on a cold grey day. Despite the bright colours in the advert, all the pairs that I’ve been sent are either black or brown. I would never have ordered these colours. I’ve been unable to get a response to my email so far! Still no response atall, despite a number of emails.
- After threatening action if I didn’t hear back I got a very pleasant response apologising and saying I would be given a full refund and could keep the socks. I was advised I would be notified when the refund was processed. That was two weeks ago now. I’m still waiting.

Fraudulent company

Fraudulent company, misleading advertising, Chinese based, AI responses to reviews and emails and LIARS in responses on here.
I will continue to write these negative reviews until I am refunded the money that you owe me. I am being completely ignored on the email address that you give. So DO NOT reply to this review with “please contact us at this email address and we will do all that we can to resolve your problem” as this is a COMPLETE lie! YOU DO NOT RESPOND AT ALL!
You say that you have refunded me. YOU HAVE NOT!
Order number 35843. No need to email you, the details are here. The order number is here. You owe me £29.98 as you only completed a part refund at the beginning of January. I have never received ANY of the goods in the £141.90 order.

Very disappointed- Where to begin

Where to begin ? Firstly the ‘Nordic Wool’ socks are manufactured in China … quite a long way from their names sake. This meant they took weeks to arrive. The socks are too small ( despite me ordering - large ) , they are not wool but rather thin acrylic . I complained and was promised a refund by Lilly the Founder but sadly this has not materialised & equally sadly Lilly has stopped responding to my communication. Lessons learnt :(

Well I’ve given them one star as they arrived but NOT Nordic socks. Small size knock offs. Not wool. Scam company from China. I should’ve checked first as so cheap but sai they were closing down! I fell for it.

Terrible socks

Terrible socks, ordered xl, only a size 8 mens btw, really struggled to put them on, take weeks to come obv shipped from China.
Save you're money and get proper legit ones.

I thought it was a UK based company. It is not.

The socks are poor quality and on the small side.

From now on I will doing more thorough checks before buying anything online.

Scam company

This company appears to be copying Nordic Socks, a much better company who produce a much better product. I fell for a sob story about a UK family business closing down - this is a lie; they are a Chinese company. I mistakenly bought from them as their advertising is very similar to Nordic Socks. These socks have never been near a sheep - cheap, synthetic materials, small sizing. You get what you pay for - lesson learned.

Only buy if you want scammed.
No socks arrived. Told I would be refunded but wasn't. Won't respond to emails. All these 5* reviews are fake. Scam company based in Hong Kong. Company address on here is a residential property. They post generic replies asking you to email them but they never respond.

Steer clear of this Company

Despite promising me a refund twice I have still not received my money back. I never received the socks I ordered so cannot say if they were genuine or imitation as I have beef leaf to believe. I have emailed them over 40 times requesting a refund but they have failed to respond to any if these Please do not waste your money on this Company, although they say they are a UK Company, their goods come from China, they have an address and their Company in China and the money taken out of my bank when to a Chinese Company in Hong Kong

They post this generic reply but don't respond to daily emails and won't refund money owed to me. This is a company based in Hong Kong scamming people, don't fall for it!!!
