Great Socks
From ordering of my socks to delivery I was kept apprised of what was happening and the expected date of delivery. They arrived promptly and the quality is exceptional. For someone with nerve damage in my one foot they keep my feet really warm. They wash really well and I would definitely recommend them to others.

Misleading company
Misleading company – avoid. I ordered socks from NordicWool.co.uk expecting genuine merino wool from a UK business, but the parcel shipped from China with no fibre composition labelling. The company ignored repeated requests for proof of authenticity, and with their closure underway, customer service is non‑existent.
Responding to your below reply, I have already contacted you directly several times and received no meaningful proof of fibre composition. Telling customers to “reach out” is misleading when you ignore requests and fail to provide the legally required information. You have my contact details if you have anything meaningful to say.

Very poor quality product!!
Very poor quality product!!! Sizing is considerably smaller than stated. Socks are so thin you could spit through them. Was conned into buying them by a tale of company shutdown and they were offering stock at a discount price. Avoid these socks like the plague. Take note this is not the company with a similar name who offer Nordic socks for sale & you will receive an inferior product, which if they were to keep your feet warm, you would need to wear 3 pairs (but they don’t fit). Total waste of money!!

Great for a few months
Bought these last year and obviously only wear in winter when it's really cold, they didn't even last a full season without becoming thin and holey on the sole. Such a shame as they're so soft, warm and comfy but for the cost they're not worth it 😔

Second post: ongoing poor outcome- avoid

Following a first negative review I was advised to contact them to arrange a refund - no response.
I opened a PayPal claim and was contacted to say a refund would be organised as soon as I closed the case which I unfortunately did- further part of the scam as no refund appeared, no further recourse with PayPal and still no responses to emails.
Happy to provide proof of all of this.
Absolute scam company - avoid, avoid, avoid.
