We had Ben visit this afternoon. Can honestly say Ben was extremely professional and friendly. He was patient and gave us time to consider the options he gave us.

The two fitters who came to fit my windows were very polite and friendly. They done a good job and even cleaned up after themselves. Very professional. I will definitely use this company again when I need any more windows or door. Great job well done.

We've had such a positive and stress free experience with NGS. Right from the start of the process, when going through our options with Ben, we didn't feel pressured to accept work, and were fully put at ease (unlike some other companies we have dealt with in the past, who would put on the whole 'hard sell' act).
We went for a lovely new front door with them, and were even given the option to make changes to our selected door, which we did without any fuss.
The installation went really well, and they were very professional and friendly throughout. We have other future projects in mind, and would definitely contact NGS when this time comes. Shaun and Jemma

Good communication, Arrived on time, as for the work done, The fitter was very professional, and carried out the installation with the minimum of fuss, I worked in building so know what and how things should be done, And all I can say is that I'm very happy with the result.

My seven new windows were installed in one day, on the installation date ageed ,the fitters were respectful of my property and
Cleaned up after them selves, I was pleased with the finished product and would recomend this company.

It was a pleasure to see Basil and Calin this morning, very helpful and very informative. An asset to the Company and very very helpful and patient. They both knew what they were talking about and were very pleasant throughout.

From start to finish i found the team very professional, the price was great and the fitters were very good, made no mess and did the job in good time.
I would recommend to anyone thinking of getting new windows.

I can only reiterate the findings of other reviews. The quality of the products are good. The sales patter did the normal thing , throw in a high starting price , then reduce it down to make you thiink you have a deal.
Please ensure anything you agree with the sales person when you signed is listed , if not you wont get it . I didn't check.

Good quality windows and doors fitted to our home and the sales process and fitters were all professional and polite.
Only improvement would have been in terms of communication which could have been better both before and after the fitting.

We had a structural opening and bifold doors installed, very happy with the product and the outcome. Installation team were excellent keeping house tidy and dust free as possible and kept to installation time scale of 5 days start to finish would recommend

Everyone was polite and respectful when speaking to me
They kept us up to date as to what was happening. Cleared any excess material

Great service start to finish with no hard selling and we negotiated an agreeable price for the work.

The engineers were clean and professional and all the work was explained properly.

Timings were as suggested and I have no issues in recommending this company.
