We just had all our doors and windows fitted by GZ in Thetford.The fitters done an absolutely stunning job,left everything clean and tidy and the house it’s definitely looking different now.

If you go for this company ask for Dean&Julian to be your fitters they are absolutely brilliant.

Our experience from start to finish was very good. The salesman gave us plenty of opportunity to explore what we wanted and explained all of our options. The admin team stayed in contact to arrange appointments and the fitter was professional. A positive experience all round and we now have a beautiful new high quality front door.

We have had a visit from Basil today to measure up our windows and doors we were supplied a lot of information in regards to how we can upgrade our property by having new windows and doors we have booked to have this completed with he help of basil and Richard would 100% recommend they have kept us fully informed of every step .

The communication at the begin was not great but did improve as it went on. The man who done my windows and door was very polite and got the work done to a high standard it was such a hot day but he didn't complain. Rang to have them adjusted as a bit tight to shut and they soon came out to sort it.
Would recommend to others.

From start to finish everything went very smoothly. Mark who fitted the door was exceptional the door was fitted to a very high standard. We would definitely recommend NGS. We encountered no problems at all and were kept well informed by their head office at every stage. This was a very good experience.

Very happy with our new windows. Initial design phase was simple and installation was great. The chaps on the job were great even in the extreme heat. Thumbs up! Would highly recommend!

I have just had a new front door fitted. I am very happy with it. The installer worked efficiently, took away all the rubbish, and cleaned up after himself. I didn't have to lift a finger.

Communication was clear from start to finish. Guys arrived promptly and were very friendly and personable.
Work was carried out quickly and with precision.
Very happy with new fascia’s and gutters, no longer have to walk through a waterfall when leaving the house in the rain!

Recently had an installation done with Norfolk Glazing Solutions and from start to finish had a wonderful experience. Basil came to see us and was very informative the price was by far the best we had received and the quality of work is exceptional. The fitters left our home clean and tidy and we are so happy with our new windows . Would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable price and great product.

Highly recommended and very helpful Ben was our sales person and could not do enough for you talked us through the hole set up with the windows sensors etc we had ten windows fitted and window sills all round and could not be happier thanks again 👍🏼

We would not recommend this company based on our experience.

We invited them to provide a quotation for replacing our conservatory roof with a tiled roof. Before they arrived, we had already received three other quotations from reputable companies, all around £12,000–£13,000.

The salesperson initially quoted us £35,700, which left us completely shocked. After we said there was no way we could accept that price, he phoned someone and suddenly reduced the quotation to £17,999. A price reduction of nearly £18,000 within minutes made us seriously question how the original price had been calculated.

Throughout the visit, we felt under constant pressure to make a decision there and then. The salesperson repeatedly tried to persuade us to accept the offer and even asked us to shake hands to secure the deal. We did not appreciate being put under that level of pressure in our own home.

We also found it strange that he asked personal questions about our jobs and backgrounds. None of the other companies who quoted us asked these questions, as they were not relevant to providing a quotation, and it made us feel uncomfortable.

As a deaf couple, we found the whole experience particularly distressing. We expect to be treated with honesty, respect and professionalism, not high-pressure sales tactics.

We have chosen another company and will not be using this one. We hope the company reviews its sales practices so that other customers do not have the same experience.

NGS's were 3 months late starting the build of my extension and overall, their communication was very poor. I received no communication as to the delay in start times and when the likely start times would be. During the build, the lead builder never communicated his schedule to me, resulting in his team not attending on certain days and me not knowing when the build would resume again. Approx 3 weeks after completion of my extension, window and door installation , I highlighted several issues but NGS's argued that I identified these issues too late and that I should have identified these issues before signing the completion paperwork. I also had an issue with the quality of the window rendering which they argued was completed at a satisfactory std. I subsequently got someone in to render to my satisfaction. Now 3 months after completion of the build, the window gaskets of the aluminium windows NGS installed are all deteriorating. I have waited in 3 x for the service engineer who did not attend all 3 appointments. I have received no explanation or follow up service calls. I am still waiting for the issue to be resolved.

Kieran initially called and was very helpful and knowledgeable. Basil called about an hour later and after we had discussed what I wanted he gave me very honest information on what was required - followed by a price for a new patio door. Followed again by a”special introductory offer” for an earlier appointment which I accepted. Excellent service and information!

Just had Ben from NGS round to quote for cladding replacement. Thorough, professional and friendly. Felt at ease through the entire process and secured a price we were happy with. Thanks Ben.

Basil visited us and gave us a lot of information about the issues people have with soffits and fascias, and how NGS would do the job. Then came the disappointing part of the experience where Basil generated a ludicrously high quote (almost double the other quotes we'd had) which he them miraculously managed to reduce by 33% until it was only the highest quote we'd had. Tried then to get us to sign up and wasn't happy when we informed him that we'd need to consider all of the quotes we'd had before selecting a company. I thought these sort of sales tactics went away years ago; apparently not. NGS won't be one of the companies we'll be considering for our work.

It was great meeting Ben, a credit to the company. Came round when suited us and really helped us with the price. Very polite and down to earth guy, a pleasure to have around. Can’t wait to get the work done.

rep came round to price facias and cladding. Swore in front of toddler and was very pushy and to get us to sign there and thenand pay a deposit even though we said we wouldn't be doing this when the appointment was booked. (This is why they wont quote without both home owners being there at the appointment!) Offered 4k discount to do so. Materials and labour costs do not jump 4k in 2 weeks so why does price need to. Will not be using for the work.

The lads that did my fashia on my house were very polite and tidy, they even left me a couple of bit of gutting that I needed for one of my sheds.
In a couple of days the job was completed to a high standard in March 2026.
