My first order from this company and very impressed. Wonderfully healthy young Laburnum tree. Excellent packaging, as not only packaged perfectly, but the tall cardboard packaging has easy to open tabs down one side, no giant staples to wrestle with, as is the case with some other companies. Very good value. Arrived really quickly. Within a couple of days. Very impressive! Added to my 'companies to use' list. 🙂

Arrived quickly and the clematis Omoshiro was packed extremely carefully and was in perfect healthy condition. Planted straight away and is growing very well.

Ordered an Abutilon Red Tiger on Wednesday, it arrived on Friday morning. Far quicker than expected.
The plant looks in perfect health, lots of new leaves and even a few flower buds.
We lost one of these in a really hard frost a few years ago and have wanted another but not seen them at any garden centre since. Thanks to NQP for finally supplying a super looking replacement. Will need to have a proper look at their site to see what other gems they have.

Ordering was straightforward and delivery was good. I was kept informed via email of order's progress. When the plants arrived, they were well-packaged in suitable boxes with clear instructions to delivery driver to keep upright.
The plants exceeded my expectations. (Ordering plants online during their period of dormancy can be a bit of a gamble) They were, as expected, asleep for the winter but the proof that they had been well-nurtured and not rushed to sale was their lovely, healthy root systems. I just know that once spring comes, they are going to burst into action and give me years of beautiful blooms.
Also included was a sheet of care instructions which was really useful and written in such a friendly yet informative tone.

I am disappointed with the sapling laburnum tree I bought. I had expected a tree with one main stem, but the one I received is multi-stemmed and does not have a nice shape. The website did not warn that the tree would be multi-stemmed. I would never have bought this tree if I had first seen what it looked like, nor do I even have room for a multi-stemmed tree. I was not offered a refund when I complained.

Delighted to receive such beautifully healthy plants that are a good size and all delivered within 3 days of submitting my order online. This is my first purchase from Norfolk Quality Plants after searching for Pittosporum “Bannow Bay” and finding them at a reasonable price. Will definitely be looking to buy more plants in the future from here - the Bannow Bay is a gorgeous colour!

Well what can I say, this is the first time ordering from Norfolk Quality Plants. I ordered 2 plants each packed separately and good quality packaging. The plants are amazing very healthy and a good size, I'm still in shock with the Abutilon, such a good height with lovely foliage and flowers and buds galore. I'm seriously thinking about ordering another one. The Japonica Spiders Web has beautiful healthy shiny leaves. NQP will definitely be my go to for buying plants in future. Thank you.

I have just received my 2 plants ordered only a couple of days ago, and just had to drop a comment here! Having read a few reviews on Trustpilot (the first place I look when ordering something online for the first time) and seeing the almost 100% five star reviews, I had no hesitation in ordering from NQP ... and now here I am adding to those reviews!
When ordering, I found it easy to find the exact 2 plants I wanted, at very good prices, and with one of them (a clematis) supplied in a 3ltr pot, which indicated that it was a more mature plant than the 2ltr or even 9cm pot sizes offered by other companies!
I was kept informed about my order & delivery status, and was delighted to find that just 2 working days from ordering, it was to be delivered today! The courier, APC Overnight, could not be faulted, keeping me informed of where the delivery van was and when I would receive it - arriving at around 10:30. The driver was cheerful and courteous and took care in handling my plants ... so much better than some of the couriers other plant suppliers use!
The plants were carefully packaged and arrived in tip top condition and ready to plant. The enclosed "How to" planting manual was really helpful too! My plants are now safely in their new home in my garden, and I have to say that Norfolk Quality Plants (they certainly live up to their name) will be my one stop shop for all my new plants from now on!
