Excellent. I received a hand-written personal note with my delivery in what felt to me like a recycled brown crisp notecard and envelope. Interestingly, this online experience reflected the spacious, relaxed, friendly, light-filled and cool vibes of their shop in Portrush. Five-stars in every way.

I have called into the North Coast NI shop in
Portstewart several times when on holiday and always found the staff welcoming, pleasant and attentive. The clothing range is a great showcase for the "North Coast NI" brand. I bought a Campervan Hoodie online , which was great as i don't live near Portstewart. It arrived only a few days from ordered. A great service and I will definitely shop either in the shop or online with them again.

I bought a jumper and Beenie hat for a Xmas present- all arrived on time , quality of goods excellent and as described online. Lovely touch to have a hand written thank you card. Would highly recommend

Lovely clothing & good quality, but mail order service appalling!
Ordered borg hoodie 17 days before recent trip to Causeway Coast so could wear during travel.
Took 7 days to arrive and the size sent was not the one I ordered. Company took another 5 days to reply to my email letting them know about their error. By then not enough time to exchange before visit, so carried wrong size hoodie in bag on plane, train and bus journey to Portstewart!
Offered 25% off next purchase (not in addition to the general 25% discount offered that day to all customers), but no refund of postage cost.
As other customers say, Haribo sweets and handwritten note sent with order are charming, but need to be combined with correct items and faster service!

Ordered a Christmas bundle from North Coast NI for a present. Arrived very neatly packed with lovely hand-written card and packet of Haribo which was such a lovely personal touch.
