Fantastic Customer Service both in store and online
She spent so much time with us to find the right carrier for us. She explained everything so clearly and really helped us work out what we were after. We didn’t buy there and then but had such a great experience that when our baby arrived 3 weeks early we made a purchase on the website as we couldn’t get into the shop. It was posted the next day and arrived within a couple of days.
Fantastic service both in the store and through the website. They may not be the cheapest prices but the customer service is fantastic. Will absolutely be purchasing from them again.

The prices in the shop are the RRP for all carriers (and all products - I pride myself on not charging more than people would pay by going direct to a brand). All carriers are sold with a 2-week try-before-you-buy period; so people have 2 weeks to make sure their chosen carrier is right for them. Whether buying in person or online, customers receive my ongoing help and support and expertise after they've purchased their carrier, indefinitely. Hopefully this more than makes up for the difference with any discounts that other online retailers may offer.

Fantastic small business. I ordered the wallaby coat just before Christmas and it had to be ordered in, it arrived really quickly and Roamy kept me up to date on the progress, she was also helpful re sizes. I wanted the Bebe trek cover now we are getting into summer and this was the only UK stockist, again great customer service and it arrived really quickly. It’s a shame I live so far away otherwise I think I’d be a regular visitor to this shop!

We came to Bambino Baby after nearly giving up baby wearing. We have a high need fussy, refluxey baby who just seemed to hate her carrier. After some late night research we came into store as a last hope. We were warmly welcomed and shown through various carriers to fit our need. We were shown the correct techniques, tips and tricks for baby wearing safely and managed to find a carrier that baby finally settled in. Thank you so much for your help and advice. Will be recommending to all family and friends!

Lovely Sleepsuit
Excellent service from Bambini Baby. I had been looking for the perfect wee sleepsuit for my soon to arrive nephew and this was just the one with the beautiful illustrations of whales. Arrived much quicker than anticipated too which was lovely.

Bought the BEBETREK suncover.
Bought the BEBETREK suncover.. they are the only retailers in Europe.. and even if we had some trouble with the postal service given the new rules UK - EU the seller was always super nice and responsive and help me solve the situation. I have my product and it was 100% worth it. Even if I'm not in the UK I have a feeling this seller has a highly curated babystore.. she only sells top tier products that you will use. And is super aware that the item will be useful for you.
