Beautifully made to order coat with the cutest of bunny ears and bob tail!
Wow, wow and wow! What an amazing company. Very clear that the item I ordered was made to order. Had brilliant amounts of emails letting me know what stage my order was. Arrived beautifully packaged. With a very sweet note. Order the bunny coat with a tail 0-6 months. Can’t wait to see the beautifully made coat on my Granddaughter. I’m over the moon with this gorgeous coat. I’ll be buying one every year as it’s such a dear little coat to gift. Absolutely love the bunny tail as well. Also, as coats are not allowed to be wore under baby/ child car seats, you will be able to put on backwards to keep baby/child warm in car without compromising safety! Highly recommended.

Wonderful Company
Ordered a couple of times and I cannot recommend them enough. Their clothing is unique, well made and long lasting and my baby constantly gets compliments when he's in their stuff. Their customer service is genuinely some of the best I've had in years. The owner Lottie went above and beyond to help me out with my first ever order. I ordered the wrong thing, corrected it, then changed my mind. Frankly, I was a pain in the bum and she was still lovely and accommodating! Just placed a custom order and I cannot wait to see it. Beautiful, unique clothes and 10/10 customer service.

Absolutely lush small business , love how everything is lovingly handmade using sustainable materials , we've had my daughters beautiful bunny coat now for ages and its still going strong , also had some other gorgeous bits and they all wash extremely well

I have ordered several times from lottie & lysh. The website is seamless , the clothing is top quality with beautiful and unique prints. I had so many compliments about my childs celestial romper and ordered one recently for my freind and she absolutley loves it. Its so difficult to find ethically made , high quality and unique clothing for boys and lottie and lysh has all of these ticked. Keep doing what you are doing i will 100% purchase again from this brand and plan to get an older toddler version of the celestial print so my little one and my freinds newborn can have matching photos. Lovely handmade clothing
My daughter has had many items made by Lottie and lysh throughout the years, and we love them all. Especially the bunny coat!
The fabric choices feel amazing, great for a child who has sensitives to what they wear.
The customisation is a lovely touch, we’ve made a few original pieces and taken inspiration from others in the group also.

Lottie was very accommodating to my special requests so clothes would fit my giant child who still loves to dress age appropriately despite being as tall as a teen 😅

I tried to place a order and for some reason this company's website was blocking me I contacted them directly, explaining technology was not my strong point, the owner explained it was their security system sometimes does this, they said turn my Internet off do this and that all to me complicated technology jargon, when I messaged again to say I had mentioned technology was not my strong point the response was then to blame me, saying they were on their own to do everything very rude and as someone myself who has run a business, this is not how to treat a potential high spending customer

I feel it's important to add the context that has been omitted from your review so that anyone reading it can understand what actually happened.
You contacted me because you were unable to access our website. From your very first message, however, the tone was already confrontational. You told me you had commented around 20 hours earlier and hadn't received a reply, questioned whether your "money was not good enough", and complained that you were being ignored. This was over a Bank Holiday weekend.
I explained that I hadn't yet reached the weekend's comments and that there was obviously no question of your money not being good enough.
When you explained that the website was showing you a restricted-access message, I told you that our automated security can occasionally block genuine connections and suggested several common fixes, including switching between WiFi and mobile data, clearing your browser cache or checking whether a VPN was active. I also offered to look at a screenshot if those didn't work. Those security measures are also in place to protect us from fraudulent orders and/or customers.
I did not "blame you". I explained what was causing the message you were seeing and tried to help you resolve it.
Your response was to tell me that my customer service was "terrible", that you had intended to spend over £100, and that you would take your business elsewhere. I explained that I was sorry you felt that way, but I couldn't remotely troubleshoot a customer's device or internet connection, and that I was one person handling customer service alongside making and dispatching orders.
You then said I should have offered to take your order by phone or email. You hadn't previously asked to order another way. You had asked for help accessing the website, so that was the problem I tried to help you solve.
For context, we regularly take manual orders by email or Messenger. However, at this point you had been unable to browse our range and hadn't selected the products, sizes or options you wanted, or seen the relevant prices, turnaround times or terms.
Most importantly, your final message was sent outside my working/admin hours. Before I had had a single working hour in which to respond, you publicly replied underneath another customer's comment on one of our paid adverts, telling them my response had been "terrible", describing our service as "disgusting" and wishing them "good luck" with their order. You also left this one-star review.
I completely accept that customers can be frustrated, complain and tell a business when they feel something could have been handled differently. What I don't accept is the idea that being a potential customer gives somebody licence to speak disrespectfully to the person on the other side of the screen, or publicly attempt to damage a small business without even allowing them the opportunity to respond.
Small business owners are people too. Customer service should absolutely involve patience, kindness and respect, but those things shouldn't be expected to travel in only one direction.
I think it's only fair that anyone finding this review is also given the context behind it.

The 90s style jumpsuit came and it is absolutely beautiful!! Just what I expected, lovely material and looks just like the pictures!! I cannot wait to get my little one in it for her first baby yoga class 💜

Very bad service
Very bad service, order wasn’t despatched for 9 days. I had picked 48hr Royal Mail. Delivery took 7 days, 6 of which were working days. Emailed 3 times, I did get a response but no apology, just basically it’s not their fault. Terrible service.

I'm sorry that your order didn't arrive in time for the birthday. I completely understand why that was disappointing.
I'd just like to clarify a few points for anyone reading this review.
The item you ordered was made to order, not an in-stock item. At the time of ordering, the product listing displayed an estimated turnaround to dispatch of 14 working days. Your order was completed and dispatched in 7 working days, half the advertised estimate.
The evening before dispatch, you contacted me asking where your order was. I replied the following morning to let you know it would be dispatched that day, and it was. A dispatch notification containing your Royal Mail tracking information was sent later that day when the parcel entered the Royal Mail network.
Three days later, on the Saturday, you contacted me to say the parcel hadn't arrived and that it was needed for a birthday that day. This was the first time I was made aware that the order was required by a specific date. Had I known this when the order was placed, or even in your first email, I'd have happily upgraded the postage from the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service selected at checkout to Royal Mail Tracked 24, as I regularly do for customers with time-sensitive orders.
You selected Royal Mail Tracked 48, which has delivery aims of 1-3 working days. These are delivery aims provided by Royal Mail rather than guaranteed delivery dates, and once a parcel has been collected by Royal Mail I have no control over how long they take to deliver it.
It's also worth noting that your delivery address is outside mainland UK, where Royal Mail advise that their standard Tracked 48 delivery aims do not apply.
Royal Mail's delivery confirmation shows your parcel was dispatched on 24th June and delivered on 30th June.
As soon as you let me know the birthday had passed, I also provided my returns information should the item no longer have been of use when it arrived.
I am proud of the service I provide here at Lottie & Lysh. I work hard to accommodate expedited requests whenever I'm made aware of them, often upgrading postage at my own expense where I can. However, I have no control over Royal Mail's delivery network, the delivery service selected at checkout, or the delivery times associated with destinations outside mainland UK.
I stand by the service I provided in this instance and wish you all the best.
