They managed to make and dispatch the coat during very busy Christmas period, so it arrived just in time.

Beautiful bunny coats.
I bought two bunny coats for my daughters and I am very happy with the service I received, the speed of delivery despite being made to order, and most of all, the quality of the items. I’d highly recommend and the packaging was so beautiful too.

I bought baby clothes as a gift so didn't actually see them, the new Mum said they were lovely and soft and lovely colours.
The only negative was the length of time it took to deliver around 5 weeks.
They did say delivery could be 3 weeks but 5 seemed excessive.
However New Mum pleased with outfits that's the main thing 💖

We’re so pleased to hear the new mum loved the pieces. Softness and beautiful colours are two things we always strive for, especially in those special early days.
Apologies for any confusion around the delivery time. I’ve had a look into your order and can confirm it was delivered three weeks after it was placed, which falls within the expected timeframe for our made-to-order items. The turnaround to dispatch was estimated at 14 days, and it looks like your parcel took around 3 working days to be delivered to a safe place by Royal Mail which is about right for the postage service selected. Sometimes, if the recipient doesn’t spot it right away, it can feel like it’s taken longer than it actually has – which I totally understand can be frustrating when you’re gifting something special.
If you’re ever in a rush in future, we do offer a 24-hour tracked shipping upgrade at checkout, and you can also filter our collection pages to show only in-stock items for even quicker dispatch. Just a little tip that might help next time!
