I did include a handwritten note with your gift – I remember it well because I absolutely loved the name you used to refer to yourself as a grandparent! It’s possible the note was accidentally discarded or missed in the unwrapping excitement, and I’m truly sorry for any confusion that caused.

Absolutely Perfect!
Purchased a bunny coat for my daughter for her to grow into and it arrived yesterday. It is absolutely beautiful and exactly as I had imagined, if not better! Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I’m just about to respond to the email you also sent, but I wanted to reply here too for clarity.
Your order was dispatched via Royal Mail’s international tracked service on 3rd December 2024 and was delivered to the address provided on 23rd December 2024. The tracking confirmed successful delivery, and these details were emailed to you at the time of dispatch.
If the gift was not received by your granddaughter, it would have been helpful to hear from you at the time so we could have assisted. This is the first we’ve heard from you, over six months after the parcel was delivered. You emailed us after 8pm UK time and left this 1-star review less than an hour later, without allowing any time for a response.
We are a very small, independent business working incredibly hard to provide a good experience for every customer. I would kindly urge more consideration before leaving a damaging public review, especially when the order was dispatched and delivered correctly and on time.

Beautiful clothes and prints
Found this company by chance through Facebook… presumably because I had been looking at newborn clothes none stop 😂. I ordered a swaddle blanket and hat for the hospital bag and since managed to get hold of a floral onesie and hat through Vinted. The quality is exceptional and the prints are gorgeous. I cannot wait until baby girl is here in the next few days. I will absolutely order from this company again and recommend to all family and friends. The blanket and hat were also beautiful wrapped which makes all the difference when you get a package to open, it has clearly been made and packaged with a great deal of care and love.
