Northplug Avis 

I ordered an bike 14th June ( ADO 20) It arrived soon after, but on testing the bike after 2 weeks the pedal assist stopped working. Tried contacting North Plug and 1st advised to got to ADO direct to fix. They are in London. I live in Dorset. Spoke to a director Daniel Williams who did phone me and he advised the company are in the middle of a re-org., and he would contact the Chinese Company ADO for a fix. He rang from a private (hidden) number, and they have no web site set up. Do not deal with them. They are obviously scam artists who will take your money. Still awaiting the pedal assist fix !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I had a small problem with my order and these guys sorted the issue straight away and sent me a replacement product the next day. Perfect customer service. Highly recommend using north plug.

I recently bought an ADO ebike from this seller. The bike is the coolest and smoothest ride I've ever had. Everything was exactly as described in the website. I was a bit skeptical in the beginning because I had never heard of Northplug. I called their customer service to double check it the order went through and left a message asking for someone to call back. The call came within minutes and the person was super helpful.
My bike came 3 days later, very well packed.

I was on the hunt for an electric scooter online and came across the north plug site. The scooter was delivered 3 days after I purchased it and was as described.

I was really concerned after seeing that someone had written the word scam on a previous review . This couldn’t be further from the truth.
I placed an order Saturday, and it has arrived today , Wednesday. I phoned and e mailed North plug, and a really nice guy called Malik did everything he could to reassure me. He pointed out his page on e bay, even though I’d ordered directly from Northplug UK. I messaged him through e bay, and he immediately messaged me back, again trying to reassure me . I feel somewhat embarrassed to have implied to him that he was trying to scam me. He did not take offence, quite the opposite, he did everything he could to stop me from worrying. Top Class Service. Very happy indeed. Couldn’t recommend any better

I was a bit suspicious first, but that’s because I’m always careful with online shopping and the price was too good to believe.
I was able to find a phone number in the contact section, a nice guy answered the phone and was very helpful about my concerns. He told me how to check him on ebay to see is company is legit.
The same day I ordered the e-bike I looked, and this guy called me the next day to remind me because the stock is running low, he didn’t know I ordered already so for me that was a nice gesture from his part.
The bike arrived after 6 days, it was easy to assemble and we are soo happy with it. Runs fast, battery last long, bit heavy but at least sturdy and made from strong materials, child seat fits on the back. Very happy with my purchase thank you. (Samebike)

Found a folding ebike on their site. They emailed me (because I didn't complete the order) with a 10% discount code. I tried to order with the code but it didn't work. I emailed them back, and they (bizarrely) then emailed me with a 20% discount code...which also didn't work! They operate from a gmail address, so everything considered, I would keep well away from them! I doubt the bike would ever have turned up!
