The price was much lower than other companies. Filters don't seem quite as thick as some others, but still very sturdy and capable of removing dirt. Product arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, NorthSky offers a hassle-free 30 day return policy on the vast majority of our products with some conditional exclusions. Upon initiating an eligible return, you will receive a return shipping label in your email with instructions on how to process your return.
All return shipping charges will be covered by Northsky. Return refunds will be credited to the method of payment for the purchase upon receipt, inspection, and approval of the returned products at our warehouse.
Return process
To initiate a return on a recent order, visit the ‘My orders’ section of your user account page (www.northskysupply.com/account/orders) and select the order for which you would like to initiate a return From the order details page, click the ‘Request a return’ hyperlink and fill out the associated return details. Upon completing the return process on our website, you will receive a return confirmation email in your inbox with the return label and associated return instructions. After the product has been received, inspected, and approved at our warehouse, we will initiate a full refund for all returned products.
Exclusions
· Returned products must be in new condition
· Additional details/photos may be requested for approval
· Returns that do not meet the exclusion criteria may be subject to specific return fees or deemed ineligible for a refund but may be eligible for a store credit

Great Gloves!
First, I must say that Customer Service is A+++! My package arrived (I was told in emai) on Thurs., but it was delivered mistakenly, next door, and while I was out with my Pup on Friday, neighbor must have put it on my doorstep. I emailed NorthSky telling them about it, and not long after, got a CALL from them asking if they could do anything. I told them I am VERY HAPPY with the Gloves, and that FedEx drivers seem to need instruction on LOOKING AT HOUSE-NUMBERS! I've tested a pair of the gloves with some heavy weeding in the Garden, and they are GREAT! No tears or such...good grip too!

I've never used Northsky before and this has been a great experience buying tools from them. I looked up their reviews and decided they are on the up and up.. So I ordered some tungsten carbide drill bits from them and was shocked to see the to see how fast they fulfilled my order and I actually received my purchase within a couple days.. everything was packed well. The bits seemed to be of good quality and especially for the price point, about half of some other bits I was considering. All around a good experience, I will definitely use them again in the future..Now to to see what type of life span these bits will have will be the big part of future reviews but as of now I'm pleased with them...

Apologies that your order did not meet expectations. Upon review, it appears that you changed your mind on the order and were issued a refund. Did you have any issues with the refund?
Great customer support.
I was concerned that I hadn't received a shipping notification as expected. Layla explained it was likely due to the fact that a third-party shipper was being used for my order. After my call, she tracked down the folks that would know for sure, and sent me an email with a tracking link for my order.
