If I could give it no stars I would. The advertisement was misleading, I thought the company was in Laguna Beach, Calofornia. I got no notice of purchase. Information was sketchy. Shipping took a VERY LONG TIME. I ordered a fleece lined jeans jacket, it had no hip pockets, which rendered the jacket useless to me. The fleece lining was more decorative than useful. Return policies were a sad joke. My advise is to have nothing to do with this company at all!

I ordered a jumpsuit from this website. The colour & fit is perfect, however, don't expect to be able to go to the loo without help to undo the zip which runs from your tailbone to the top of your spine. When I raised this with the company, they said and I quote "customers put it on and take it off in a similar way to a T-shirt by stepping into it or pulling it over carefully before fastening or unfastening the zipper". AI nonsense! And if that wasn't bad enough you can return your order to China at your own expense"all returns are being processed through our warehouse in China" ! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE "Northstyle-Fashion"

I bought a jacket that was nothing like the image. I have the hassle now of arranging a return
I contacted the company and all they can do is give me partial refund or return at my own cost which I find unacceptable. They made a mistake of sending me the wrong item and I'm not cleaning up their mess.
Looks like I will be taking things further. Also the item comes from china.
I am sticking with shein from now on. Shein customer service is superb and cheaper too.

The products I received were of very poor quality and looked nothing like the pictures on the website. Delivery took over three weeks because the goods were shipped from China, although the company presents itself as a Dutch/EU business. When I requested a return, I was informed that I would have to pay the return shipping costs to China myself. This makes obtaining a refund extremely difficult and expensive. Very disappointing customer experience.

Beware for three reasons…
Firstly the items are despatched from China and take up to 3 weeks to be delivered to the UK. This is not made clear.
Both items I bought (Linen Maxi Shirt Dress V-Neck 3/4 Sleeve Split and Oversized Striped Linen Shirt Maxi Dress) turned out to be Polyester with garment label to prove it. I specifically wanted Linen and feel the misrepresentation is dishonest.
Lastly, if not satisfied, the options are to choose another item for the same value (less postage), keep the items with a small refund or pay postage to return to China.
After discussion with customer services (who are very responsive) I decided on the partial refund and will donate the garments to the charity shop.

DON’T BUY. Says company is in Netherlands but it is China. I tried to cancel order as soon as I realised but couldn’t. The item arrived 4 weeks later and nothing like I expected. Returns process is difficult plus cost £11. There is no guarantee that I will get a refund. Expensive mistake

Avoid this shop at all costs! I had an incredibly bad experience. The shipping took forever, and when the clothes finally arrived, it was a massive disappointment.
The items are made of low-quality materials. I ordered a linen piece, but received cheap cotton fabric instead. The craftsmanship is bad. The products look absolutely nothing like the professional photos on their website.
To make it worse, their sizing is a joke. I ordered multiple items in size M, and they differ by several centimeters. There is zero quality control.
Customer service is non-existent. When you try to contact them, you only get generic, unhelpful replies that look like they were generated by an AI chatbot. They clearly do not care about their customers and make the return process impossible. Save your money and buy elsewhere!

I ordered a pair of boots. The website advertised free shipping in the UK, and the company is registered in the Netherlands (according to their website anyway). However after ordering it became clear the package was coming from China. When the boots arrived I had been sent the wrong colour and wrong size, and they were very poor quality. I was then offered store credit, 10% refund or told I could return but would have to pay shipping cost to China and the package would likely be held at customs. This is obviously a scam company and I opened a card dispute with my bank who instantly refunded my money given how often they deal with scam companies like this. Avoid

Long summer dress
A very long wait for parcel. Not even notification of arrival date!
On arrival the material which I thought was cotton is a mix of polyester/spandex.. poor quality ..a long cream/ white summer dress that definitely was not worth £34. Don’t use this site.. you will be disappointed.

The kaftan I received was completely different from the one advertised on the website. The cut, fit and sleeves did not match the product photos at all. What arrived looked like a different garment altogether.
When I complained, I was offered only a 20% refund or store credit. To obtain a full refund, I was told I would have to pay to return the item to China at my own expense. I was also warned that the return could take several weeks and might be delayed or held at customs.
Polite customer service, but no fair resolution for a product that was not as advertised.
I will not be purchasing from this company again.

I ordered a suit that looked lovely and beige when I ordered it when it arrived it felt like a kids dress up costume in the colour SALMON. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. I wish I could attach photos. There site is misleading, said 7 working days maximum. It took 20 days and it was so wrong!
