Working from home has changed my style

Working from home has changed my style, but No Sad Days has given me back my confidence. Their clothes are not only beautiful but also cozy, like a soft blanket wrapped around you. I appreciate that the brand cares about mental health and donates funds to support therapy. The sweatpants I've bought from them have become my favorite items in my wardrobe. Protect Your Noodle

Best clothes I have ever worn in my life. Not only are the designs and artwork awesome, but so is the brand in general. Perfectly tailoring to mental health and having positive better days ahead. My favorite piece right now is the "Protect Your Noodle" hat. I wear it everyday. Great hats, amazing quality on the hoodies and shirts. Just amazing quality overall.

Working from home everyday completely…

Working from home everyday completely ruined my style and I was just wearing old college shirts. I decided to upgrade my basics and stumbled across their page on instagram. The heavy weight of the fabric is what really sold me. It feels like wearing a gentle weighted blanket which really helps my anxiety during stressful meetings. The fit is absolutely perfect and looks intentional rather than just sloppy. I feel put together but still as comfortable as humanly possible.

Actual Product Was Different Than Advertised

I bought a hoodie from this company and it arrived looking totally different than the photo that was advertised on the website. I reached out to start a return and get my money back, got an initial response but nothing since then. Very disappointing.

Ordered twice. Disappointed twice

First time I ordered, it took a month to get two items delivered. They don’t update any tracking or shipping information on the product and when I asked for a cancellation or refund, I wasn’t able to get one because it was already sent. I let that go and believed their excuse that because it was the holidays, shipping takes longer. Second time I ordered, I read their shipping policy which states that orders gets processed in 7-10 business days. I waited two weeks - no confirmation email. Even there Shop App which they provide after purchase provides no information on shipping. I sent an email to no response and have just sent a follow up email asking for a cancellation and refund. Hopefully I will AT LEAST receive that considering I’m not even sure if my order was processed. It’d be okay if you get ANY communication or explanation as to the delays, but unless it’s to badger you with promotions, their customer service is nonexistent.

Ordered 2 shirts and a sweatshirt. The brand messaging and designs were my style, so it was a no brainer decision to support. There was a slight delay on delivery but I was able to get in contact with customer support and they provided me some clarity. Overall I’m happier supporting small businesses and understand things don’t always go to plan

If i could give them a zero star i absolutely would no hesitation I recommend never buying from ever a day in your life all the other company does is lie steal cheat and take your money say they dont have it and never give you the product Its Called D.R.E.A.M/ No Sad Days avoid them like the plague

I received a shirt from this company as…

I received a shirt from this company as a Christmas gift. I reached out the following day to ask about exchanging it for a different color and was told the order did not qualify for a return or exchange. After reviewing their website, I discovered that exchanges and refunds are only allowed if “shipping protection” is purchased.

The item was a gift bought by my 69-year-old mother, and this policy was not clearly disclosed or prompted during checkout. This is an unreasonable and misleading return policy, and it feels extremely deceptive. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

Horrible Product Quality and Bad Customer Service

I received a sweatshirt from the company as a gift for Christmas. I pulled it out three days later and the entire print on the back is coming off. Customer service refused to help because it was outside the return window even though I had just received it on Christmas. Would no recommend because their products are not worth the money and they do not want to make it right.

Terrible shipping times, no response to emails or Instagram DMs and they delete negative reviews left directly on their website.

Top Quality Brand.

Seeing 1 star reviews for this brand is wild! Ordered on a Monday received 3 days later and I'm on the other side of the country. Great Brand, a new staple of my closet. It's okay not to be okay is the best design.

Buyer beware! They will take months to fulfilled

I ordered the shirts on November 11, 2025. Today is December 2nd, and they still have not shipped yet. Their CS response is useless as they won't let you cancel the order. I will avoid this company at all costs. No sad day is a scam. They don't have the inventory in stock and hold your money until it's available.

Service sucks

Excellent quality, worth the wait for shipping

Great Fit, Amazing Quality

Great quality clothes that fit my large frame. Customer service is awesome and answers any questions I have quickly. Some items may take longer to ship, but it says on the products page if it is back ordered. Favorite place to buy hoodies from by far!
