Mental Health is everything to me

I have loved what I have gotten so far. Yeah sometimes it can take a bit longer to receive, but they are a small team, but the quality of everything is worth the wait! I wish people would stop giving small companies a bad name just because something might take longer. Makes me enjoy it even more when it finally comes in ^-^

Affordable, high-quality and inclusive

Great pricing for the quality you get back. This is a company you can feel good about supporting, the cause is great and they are very inclusive in their sizing and their message. Plus, the designs are sick. They absolutely deserve all the hype they get.

I genuinely don’t understand how they…

I genuinely don’t understand how they have five stars on anything. I ordered on June 23 before ordering. I read the website that stated it was 5 to 7 business days to process the order plus another three business days for it to get to my house after it’s been shipped. If the product was a pre-order or backordered we would be notified, but if it’s been more than two weeks to contact customer service.
I have contacted customer service multiple times and I’ve only gotten two responses. I asked for a cancellation and One of the excuses made was that it was already packed up and ready to ship the next day they were just waiting on pick up that was a week ago and it is now July 12 with no update no movement just a confirmed order email and that is it. I was also told that there was shipping delays due to the holiday weekend which was Fourth of July again I ordered June 23 which was almost 2 weeks before the holiday weekend. My order should’ve been shipped before that so there should’ve been no delay. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this company to anyone and I will be doing a thorough review IF I ever receive my products.

DON'T SHOP / THEY SELL SOLD OUT PRODUCT

The product looks so cool and great for Pride Month. Saw them advertised all over Instagram. I placed my order on June 4th and do not even have an update when I will be receiving my product. I had to reach out to them to get an update and they said the Larges were "back ordered." When I asked why they would sell sold out product they kept using "back ordered." I'm upset that I, as the customer, have to reach out to them for this update. I reached out again today because they have not said anything since. Still no timeline for when I will receive the product I ordered. Not once have they offered anything to rectify any part of this ordeal. Quite disappointing experience for $30+ cotton t-shirts.

DO NOT BUY

they stopped replying to me and wouldn't send me my hoodies. i'm so sad because i really wanted them but they just never sent them and i have not gotten a refund. i ordered them a month ago and messaged weeks ago with no reply. they said they would send me 8 hoodies if i spent $150 so i did and they never sent the hoodies. i do not have the hoodies and i've asked for a refund / for them to ship them through email, twitter, and instagram but i have not gotten a response on any of them.

Customer did receive a package but the wrong item was sent. We followed up and are in the process of taking care of it.

Team was responsive when I had questions with my order. Shipping was prompt, and both the build and print quality of the hoodie I ordered was amazing.

High quality clothing and a good cause

No Sad Days has quality clothing with a focus on mental health and supporting mental health. They are incredibly responsive and helpful, and highly connected with their community. I own many articles of clothing from their various collections, old and new, and will continue to support them. They donate a significant portion of their proceeds to mental health based organizations and are now working towards helping to fund people’s therapy sessions. They always have my support.
