Really nice vapes, ordered a few sets (got a little carried away as they’re such nice flavours and I wanted to try them all and stock up on my favourites from what I tried initially) and they contacted to ensure postage address was right (I have a slightly weird address), received parcel quickly with everything ordered and packaged well. Great customer care and quick shipping while I imagine very busy! Looking forward to nic free being in stock as trying to have a mix throughout the day but very happy with order. Thank you!

Lee, a device that gives up on day two isn't good enough.

Loving the vape and the flavours, they dont leak , battery lasts a while....BUT 🤣 my vape was by my phone made me jump i was like WTF? Is going on, every time my vape is by my phone it loads up the website,this has started to get annoying....that's the only bad thing

Sorry for the jump scare, Sophie. That's the NFC Magic Tap waking up whenever the Vaporiser sits next to your phone. It can't be switched off on the device, but keeping the two in separate pockets stops it, and on some phones you can turn NFC off in settings.
Glad the pods aren't leaking and the battery's holding up, and we've passed the feedback to the product team.

Brilliant starter set! Gorgeous flavours that aren’t too sickly or overpowering, also a big fan of the NFC feature that allows you to access battery life and flavours and directions to reorder, and also the child lock feature. Delivery was fast and efficient, would highly recommend

Delivered free of charge. Thats correct. But then it takes over your phone. Whatever youre looking at the ad and site comes up. Stay away if you value privacy. Too good to be true is the saying and is very true in this case. Nothing is ever free.

Dean, sorry it felt that way. The pop-up is the NFC Magic Tap: when the Vaporiser is tapped on a phone, the phone directs to our web page, with info on your device battery and pod! You can also pass a deal to a friend by tapping.

Still very early days as I've only had…
Still very early days as I've only had my vape for a couple of days but I'm loving this!! I've been dying to stop smoking for years and have tried switching to vapes before but they make me choke, give me a headache and I think they taste disgusting but with this NS vape, the favour I'm trying right now is lovely so I've not had a ciggy since getting it : ) As I said, its only been a couple of days but I think this vape could make me finally quit the cigs, fingers crossed. Also I was super impressed how you can just tap it on your phone and check the battery and to re order etc....great feature. So far so very good.

Dangerous device, needs investigation. Device not working, comes on automatically and vibrates! Safety concerns. No email support is available, the one on the website don’t work.

We take safety reports seriously, so here are two quick checks:
Random vibrating can come from a pod that isn’t connecting properly: take it out, wipe the pod and device contacts with a dry cotton bud, and make sure it sits flush.
If the device won’t work when you draw on it, it may have locked itself. Insert and remove the pod five times quickly, in one motion, and the lights turn green. I

Really impressed with No Saint
Really impressed with No Saint. The flavours are great, especially the mint, which is easily my favourite — really fresh, smooth and not overpowering. The pods are easy to use and the vape itself has a really nice design and feel to it. Definitely one of my favourite vape brands I’ve tried and I’ll be sticking with the mint pods!
