I searched Google for "kitchen suction…

I searched Google for "kitchen suction clips". Amongst many I had tried unsuccessfully before, i found some on this website. After a brief email exchange with the company, I placed the order. The clips are fab. Despite looking small, they're quite heavy duty. I have 2 on a ceramic basin and 2 on glass kitchen tiles. They attach securely and hold the sponges and cloths well. Easy to use too - easier than others i have tried.
Very pleased with customer service.

Buyers beware

In relation to a purchase made by our business, we purchased 4 x LP storage boxes which where received in good time.
2 issues faced us upon receipt , firstly the boxes do not allow for protective sleeves which are required for rare albums, secondly the boxes where received damaged.
This was via Amazon and this retailer sells under monarch trading on Amazon.
It was reported initially as not suitable and then we rang the seller and explained this as a return was required.
We tried to return the boxes through Amazon but the only return option was that us the buyer pays the shipping, with this we took to Royal Mail who quoted £22 for the return.
As this was a third of the overall cost we speculated on keeping them until we opened the rest of the packages and found the boxes where damaged, again we tried to initiate a return via Amazon and again buyer pays the shipping.
We contacted the seller with this information only to get a barrage of stone walling and refusing to pay the return shipping costs.
I found the level of the sellers effort involved not agreeing an amicable solution quiet outweighed the value and although the seller in now in receipt of the damaged goods they have only refunded the original purchase price with no shipping costs refunded.
In my opinion be careful dealing with this seller as their avoidance to deal directly and bounce any complaints back to Amazon and hide behind his shell trading name is questionable, despite the fact any returns go back his limited company name “not a boring box company Ltd”

Thanks for the reply but not actually based on facts , your return strategy on Amazon does not allow customers to return packages regardless of change of mind or damaged, the only option we chose was damaged not fit for purpose then went through reams of excusesfrom you, we paid the return shipping and emailed you directly and you avoided your responsibility as a distance seller nor acknowledged the damage which is not surprising and also how is it cost effective for us to drive 15 miles with fuel costs etc plus our time for shipping which was £15 , we will be pursuing this legally from this point

Very sorry to hear that this purchase did not meet your expectations after all our efforts to support your case with Amazon.

We do work really hard to support customers and genuinely value fair feedback, but feel this review is not reflective.

In the interests of providing customer confidence, we welcome this opportunity to clarify the facts:

- This order was placed via Amazon Marketplace

- You contacted Amazon to return the parcel, stating that it was because you had ‘changed your mind’.

- Amazon confirmed that its policy on this type of return is that the customer covers the return postage.

- You did not wish to pay for return postage, so contacted Amazon again, suggesting the 4 plastic storage boxes ordered were now damaged.

- Amazon confirmed again that they could not cover the cost of the return, as you had changed your request to ‘damaged’ only after finding out that you would be responsible for the cost of return postage.

- We wrote to Amazon on your behalf, requesting that they consider helping with the cost of carriage for you, as we too felt it a little high. Again, Amazon confirmed the return postage was your responsibility.

- As a gesture of goodwill (given Amazon's response), we offered to drive around 50 miles (meeting you halfway) to collect the order in person at no charge to you.

Throughout the process, we remained in regular contact and on re-reading the timing and nature of our correspondence to you, I can see we made every effort to assist. Unfortunately, none of our efforts resulted in an outcome you were happy with.

The total value of the order was refunded in full within 1-hour of its return to us.

We did our best to resolve the matter and are sorry that our efforts did not meet your expectations.

Day 10 and still not dispatched!

Day 10 and still not dispatched, I hate leaving bad reviews but have exhausted other options. There’s been no communication from them since purchasing, I emailed 4 days ago, and they do not have a phone number I can call. I purchased 5 items totalling £112, the items I purchased are still showing as in stock on the website.

UPDATE
Issues have now been resolved. Part of my order was/is out of stock, so I have received 2 items out of 5 and the rest has been refunded. Website has been updated accordingly.

I'd like to apologise again for the frustration and disappointment caused by this order. Unfortunately, a stock discrepancy meant we were unable to fulfil the complete order as originally placed, which is never the experience we want our customers to have.

As this was your fifth order with us, I'm particularly sorry that this one wasn't to the standard you've come to expect. We know that's especially disappointing when previous orders have gone smoothly, and I completely understand your frustration.

We were also mortified to discover that you hadn't received the email we sent shortly after your order was placed to let you know about the stock discrepancy. Had that communication reached you as intended, we could have discussed the available options much sooner and avoided a great deal of the uncertainty and frustration that followed.

Thank you also for giving us the opportunity to put things right and for amending your review to reflect the outcome. We genuinely appreciate it. As a small independent business, customer feedback means a great deal to us, and we're always striving to improve both our stock accuracy and communication.

Good customer resolution

Had a bad experience ordering with them, but Boring Box refunded my fiver delivery costs and gave me a free box (as 2/6 panels on one of my order were damaged). I am happy with how the support fixed my complaint.

Excellent!!

Excellent service. I ordered some Lego storage boxes that were initially out of stock but had an expected delivery date. There was a delay, which was completely outside their control, yet they took the time to email me personally with updates. That level of customer service is rare these days. The boxes have now arrived and my two boys are over the moon with their new Lego storage!

They obviously make customer care a high priority.

What an amazing company. I needed to replace a basket bought several years ago. I managed to find the company & ordered online. I received a reply shortly afterwards informing me they were out of stock but offered an alternative or a slight delay in delivery. I was amazed that my email was replied to at 23.00hrs. Incredible after sales service. I need to look through their vast catalogue to see what else I’d like!

Has not arrived

Ordered 3 December 2025. Items have still not arrived. Evri emailed to say they were out for delivery on 5th Dec but then received an email saying delayed. I have been emailed to say items will arrive before Christmas but not told when. Can the company Not A Boring Box contact to let me know when Evri will deliver. If this can not be done I would like a full refund so I can arrange for alternative gifts for Christmas. Neither of these companies can be contacted by phone so avoid at all costs.

Brilliant storage boxes

The boxes arrived quickly & they are brilliant! I have bought a lot of these boxes, they are brilliant for storing cleaning products & store cupboard food. I will be purchasing some more in the future.

Order never arrived

I waited for ages for my order to arrive. When I checked to see what the delay was, I found that they had cancelled the order without any reason given.

Great products and excellent delivery/packaging

Super efficient website with clear and accurate sizings. Have been buys jars for my new pantry and the quality of the packaging has been excellent. 15 glass containers delivered over a couple of deliveries and everything perfect. Will def use again. Great find
