Kaya was great!
I was surprised at how easy it was to get my documents notarized, the prompts were few and very simple and user friendly and the live person that joined was the icing on the cake, Kaya was very professional, knowledgeable and could tell me how to navigate the prompts, and she was quick which was a big plus for me. Friendly and Efficient Service!
I utilized the remote notary for my upcoming proxy marriage, and although the first notary I was connected to was not licensed in my state, she redirected me to someone who was, and they took care of me with no questions asked. The whole process took less than 30 minutes!

Technical issues & no time to let me read
Although the time and wait to see the notary was no issue, I found it unprofessional & discourteous that the Notary allowed me no more than 8-12 seconds to read and agree to the Terms of Service regarding the collection, use, and storing of my biometric data. I only had that much time to read 4-5 lines worth of a LEGALLY binding agreement, but I do not know if it was impatience or latency issues, I know that its more prudent to go in person though, most likely through the nice gent I met in an uber because kindness goes a long way.

There was a slight technical problem with the session but the notary knew how to fix it right away. Fast and easy especially considering i did this as 11pm
