The interface of Notion Press is good. The overall publishing experience with Notion Press via Xpress Publishing was great.

The experience was made great due to simplicity and wide variety of options when it came to selecting the format of chapters and cover page to define the story during the publication process. The notion press platform handled the formatting which saved time!

I have published more than one book with NP. Trust me, they are doing exceptional work in publishing industry. Recommend to everyone!

About 15 of our books have been published from this press. In my opinion, this is a very good publication. But for some time, they have stopped the free publication service. We are still publishing our books from here. But now their customer care does not respond at all. We publish the book, if there is any error, the book does not get published. We do not get any email message from the publication about the problem in the book. Earlier, if there was any problem, we used to get information through mail. That there is this problem in your book, fix it, only then the book will be published. Now we do not get any message. Neither does the customer care pick up the phone. We have been calling for 1 week but they are not picking the phone. Nor are they giving any message. In view of this problem, we will have to take the service of some other publication. I will not recommend this publication to anyone.

I think Notion Press is the worst publishing house. They told me that they will help me with the kindle version, once the book was published they started haggling for 7,500 to get the Kindle version. After a lot of arguments I paved my way through.

While I was writing my book, my publishing manager left his job and I was allocated to another sloppy manager. Ms. A.

After the book is published, whenever I contact Ms. A, to understand the marketing, the lady is always busy. Their customer service is so so soooooooooo poor. They have issues internally.

Please DO NOT PUBLISH YOUR BOOK BUT DO NOT APPROACH NOTION PRESS. The worst publishing House.

Terrible Service ...Do not give sales to authors...Sale report is fraudulent. I used Notion press service for New Delhi Book Fair and one of my friend purchased book from, but Notion Press said that no sale is recorded from the world book fair. I showed them the pic of the friend who purchased the book but of no use. They kept on refusing that no sale is recorded. Do not recommend
