Nourishy is Australia's first breast milk freeze drying service. We transform mums milk into a 3-year shelf stable powder whilst also retaining all of the milks nutrients. Freeze drying is a gentle process which removes the water content (roughly 87%) from the milk during a process of sublimation. Freeze drying has been used by the medial industry by as far back as the 1950's. Our custom built facility is based in Northgate, QLD and we offer drop off pricing to our facility in Brisbane. We can also facilitate the collection of your milk stash from anywhere in Australia. In order to collect your milk; we ship to you a special medical grade cooler directly to your address which you can then fill with your stash and our partnered courier (Fedex) will then collect from you and return it to us using an overnight shipping service. Our turn around time is 2-weeks; but can vary depending on demand. Each lactation bag that you send in to us transforms into its own pouch of powder. We now also have larger, multi-feed bags available. Nourishy is proud to be the Australian partner to Milkify who are based in the USA. We look forward to transforming your stash!

Highly Recommend
Lovely team, very helpful. I have used their services for both of my pumping journeys with both babies and have found their process extremely easy. The end product is very convenient for travelling and every day use instead of defrosting and storing cold milk.
I was also able to keep some powder from my first baby to feed my second baby in hospital until my milk came in which was amazing.
Would highly recommend to everyone.

Easy peasy process
The process of getting my milk (over 9L) sent it and getting it all back was very smooth. The customer service is superb and responsive to my anxiety ridden queries! The staff at Nourishy did their very best to send milk back to accommodate our holiday departure date. Very happy with the experience, highly recommend, also very happy to get my freezer space back.

Nervous and hesitant to happy and grateful customer
I was quite nervous about sending so much milk over. They quickly called and gave me the reassurance I needed. Once I paid for the package everything was quick and easy. Bub was not the biggest fan of my milk frozen but is drinking it freeze dried and powdered perfectly fine. I intend to get this done again in a few months. Highly recommend.

Amazing and the testing saved my sanity
So efficient, really open and transparent, amazing tracking. The single packets just live in the baby bag for emergencies and the multi bags are what we use to make her bottle normally. The add on of the milk testing was great and due to my baby having growth issues really proved to me that it wasn’t my milk, and wasn’t my fault. Only thing is the cost, I understand it but it’s also hard to swallow and I have weaned pumping because the comparative price to formula just doesn’t make it feasible for long term.

We were travelling and then while we…
We were travelling and then while we were away I was going away on a hens night, being able to plan ahead and have nourishy turn my milk into powder made it so much easier for us instead or trying to pump while travelling and stressing about if I could pump enough to be away for 24 hours. It was all ready to go and use when needed. Also the service was amazing class was so supportive and helpful with all questions I had.

What an excellent experience
What an excellent experience. Every step was detailed to me. It really felt like they cared for my milk which was great as we know how precious breastmilk is. It was a very easy process which they have thought about each step to make it easy for us busy mums. My baby loves the milk as well. Will be doing this again!

We have used nourish three times
We have used nourish three times. It has been so helpful for all stages. We have used dried milk from my eldest to feed my new born, and also use it to give to family when caring for our now 9 month old. Only issue I have is getting all the powder in the bottle without losing it. We use a formula funnel to help with this

Highly recommended, great for travel. I reached out with a tight timeline to get my milk freeze dried before moving internationally. Nourishy is amazing
Nourishy is amazing. I honestly was stressed before sending my breastmilk away, like what if they went lost? But I was surprised that Nourishy notified me straightaway when the milk arrived at their place.
I am also very happy to confirm that my bub is happy with the freeze dried milk powder because she doesn't like frozen breastmilk. My bub also has CMPI where sometimes when I accidentally ate something with dairy, then I have to be dairy free again at least 48 hours until her symptoms subside, that's where Nourishy will be helpful, so I can still offer my freeze dried milk powder while getting rid of the dairy in my body.
