Excellent customer service. I called to buy some Ahmad Green Tea bags on a Monday and was told to call back on Friday. I called on Friday and completed my online order within 5 minutes of being told a new shipment had arrived. The staff went out of their way to provide excellent service after l made an error with my purchase.

I paid for the order and haven't received it and they are claiming that I received it!!
update:
I contacted you twice using the official phone number listed in your correspondence email. On both occasions, I was informed that your system indicates the item had already been received and that I should not call again until your direct number is provided.
In addition, my calls were not answered, and the issue was instead handled through messages, without being properly resolved. While I acknowledge and appreciate that my concern was eventually received, this does not negate the fact that there has been a clear breakdown in professional communication with your client.
Furthermore, this situation resulted from an error on your side, which ultimately caused an unacceptable one-month delay to my order. This level of service falls well below reasonable professional standards, particularly given the time-sensitive nature of the order.
I expect this matter to be addressed seriously and promptly, with a clear explanation and appropriate resolution.
