Great service, great range of products
Great service. I ordered a ton of things and wanted to delivery. There was a mix up and it was posted instead but i think they tried to call me. they communicated very well about my ordered , ensuring it was the right products and If i wanted replacement ones. I got the items in a well packaged box, nothing broken. items were good quality so far . I really like their service !

I have emailed customer service twice…
I have emailed customer service twice with no response. Each time I've ordered from Hyper Panda, I've received dented cans. The last time they tried to rectify the issue they put an extremely thin (single layer) of bubble wrap around the cans. This is very unsafe, especially if the dents are at the seams. I think they have great products but they need to be more responsive in way of customer service and they need to be more cautious in regards to food and safety. I only look to authoritative sights for information (not silly Google research). Look at the food safety authorities on government websites and you will see the warnings against use of dented cans. I would not have left this review if I had received a response in regards to my request of please using more packaging and checking cans before sending them interstate. That's not to say I won't order from Hyperpanda again, but I may just skip any of their canned items for health and safety concerns.

We understand your concerns, especially given the potential health risks associated with dented cans, and we want to assure you that we take this matter very seriously.
We make every effort to ensure that our items are wrapped properly to arrive in good condition. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, there are occasional reports of cans being dented due to mishandling during transit by Australia Post.
As a gesture of goodwill, we are happy to issue a refund for the cans that were not received in good condition. Please let us know to total amount of the cans that you would want us to issue refund for them.
We will also review our packaging methods and work on adding more protective layers to minimize such issues in the future.

There store in Rawabi Khobar is the worst either they dont have employees at the cash counter or their machines dont work long queues. They just lost a customer.

cologne used by date
My purchase of cologne had a short used by date which is not ideal, just wasn't good for me because it was a large quantity ordered. If I had known the "used by date" would be early next year, maybe I would have changed the quantity...
