I hadn't heard of the company before, either. I was looking for a new smartwatch when I came across their watches. To be honest, I was skeptical. I did everything I could to find reviews from people who had purchased from them. It took me weeks to decide whether I wanted to buy from an unknown. I finally sent a message to them asking a question. And I got a response. A real response. That clinched it and I decided to buy the Solara. And so far, I'm glad I did. Setup was simple. The battery life is fantastic. It's got more features than I realized and I've gotten compliments on how it looks. I could have easily spent more on a regular watch. I'm considering using to money I saved to get the bracelet, too, so I have options.

I LOVE my Petite Novacchi watch

I wanted a watch that was functional without all the bells and whistles, a simple sleek design (not chunky like most that are currently on the market), but also cheaper without compromising necessary features. I thought I'd give it a go, and am I glad I did. It looks like a bracelet, it has the time, the date, I get my calls, messages and steps count. It does a majority of other things, but for me, not necessary.
I am in the 'older demographic', and I live on the other side of the world (Australia), l am also not technically savvy, so when I emailed the company about the set up, because I am not tech savvy when reading instruction manuals!!! they literally talked me through it step by step. Their after sales service is second to none! Amazing. I would definately recommend this company to anyone thinking about buying a new smart watch. Thank you Novacchi

A gift for my daughter

The customer service is A+. I love the petite watch for my small wrist but the band was too long. They were so good at communicating with me and sending me a different band at no charge. Highly recommend this company AND the watch!

11/10 customer service! I never leave reviews but I have to for this company. I received my Solara Petite watch and it is stunning and very easy guide to set up (older reviews said it didn’t come with instructions but they must have updated that because mine came with a QR code card). It’s exactly what I was hoping for in a smart watch that doesn’t look like one. My watch had issues pairing and registering data on steps and sleep and after contacting the team to help resolve, they sent detailed steps to remedy and after some failed troubleshooting, they have a replacement watch on the way all within 36 hours. You can tell a person who knows the watch and cares about your experience is helping you. So appreciate the human care and support that this comes with!
Do agree with other reviews that the silicone band is much more secure than the metal one, though it still looks elevated to other silicone bands on other smart watches.

Disappointing product and return/ customer service experience

I genuinely wanted to keep this watch and gave it a fair chance, but the sleep and health tracking was very inaccurate, which was one of the main reasons I purchased it. For example, I was awake until around midnight and woke multiple times during the night, yet the watch recorded me sleeping from 9:35 PM to 7:20 AM — almost 10 hours.

When I decided to return it, the company would not provide or pay for a return label, so the return shipping cost became my responsibility.I followed the return address they provided, but USPS returned the package back to me, creating even more hassle and additional potential shipping costs. Guess what, I am paying for return again.

I was also surprised to learn that although the company presents itself as U.S.-based, my watch was manufactured in China and shipped from China, which also resulted in longer shipping times than I expected.

I would recommend doing your research carefully before purchasing, especially regarding tracking accuracy, return shipping costs, and where the product is actually manufactured and shipped from.

Not to mentioned!! PRODUCT LOOKS AND FEELS REALLY CHEAP.

Thank you for the detail, and I am sorry the watch did not work out.

A few points worth adding for anyone reading. On return postage, we wrote to you on 8 September offering to cover both the original attempt and the resend, so you would not be out of pocket. That offer stands and I will make sure it reaches you.

On the parcel coming back, our returns address is a PO Box, which only USPS can deliver to. That is in our return instructions, but clearly not prominently enough, and we have now made it far more visible so nobody else has the same trouble.

On manufacturing, you are right that our watches are made in China, as most consumer electronics are, and we are a US company. That should be easier to find on our site and we are addressing it.

On the sleep tracking, that is a fair criticism and I am not going to explain it away.
Your full refund stands and will be processed as soon as the watch reaches us. I am sorry the experience was not better.

The company has made things right

The company claims to be in the U.S., however, it took weeks for the watch parts to arrive from “China” and when I complained about it, I was told to “refuse the package” from the carrier and it would “find its way back to them.”
You can’t “refuse” something if you find it sitting on your front porch!
One doesn’t typically want to wait weeks for a watch to arrive.
When I informed the company about this, they told me it was my responsibility to mail it back through UPS with tracking information, because “the address is a postal box.”
On top of that, the watch is junk and the wristband was put on backwards.
Stay away!
Wish I could share a picture of it.

Everything has been righted. I have no further complaints.
