I order from them since June they shipment keep saying it's delivered, but I never got anything. I contacted them them said they shipped it again. Tracking said it's delivered, I never receive it. Contacted them time and time again for my refund, they keep saying that the they have requested my refund. I am still waiting for my refund.

This company offers $30 good years tires. This is an obvious red flag. And considering other people's complaints no brainer . Stuff like this is Google's fault to me for letting people be able to promote their websites and gain money by selling fake merchandise

I have received a "sweater" that is nothing to compare with advertised pictures. It was supposed to be warm knitted sweater with 3D pattern, thick and woolly. What came is simply a joke - see through thin polyamid hoodie, the quality is horrific and it's simply a scam.

Almost every shipment they didn't send the most expensive item. Ones I've got are OK. Do not buy here.

Orderd dresses end of May and have still not recieved any, nor my money back after have written to them several times.

Novaney is downright dishonest and thieves. They expect customers to ptovide tax numbers, which NO other retailer does, to send your goods. So they start an import business with your tax number!!!!

I’d rate it a zero star if I could. Goods took several weeks if not months to arrive, with no information on how to return the items which were horrible - the quality was terrible, the prints were faulty and the fabric was some synthetic material rather than linen as advertised. I contacted the company once I figured out who they were. Lots of companies on instagram are advertising the exact same items, I suspect they must all be scam companies offering the same terrible quality goods and even worse customer service. After a while they offered me a small percentage refund and I could keep the products. I said no, I wanted a full refund. They offered an increased percentage refund and keep the goods as otherwise it was a long process to return them to Hong Kong. I refused and said I wanted a full refund and haven’t heard from them since then, and several weeks have passed now. I’ve had no refund, no further contact from them and am stuck with two dresses I can’t use because the quality is so bad. I’m very disappointed. Please avoid. I placed the order on 23rd May 2024, still no resolution because they’re not responding any more.

This company , based on China is not reliable at all! It’s a scam, so buyers be wary of ordering anything from them.
Too bad, I had already ordered and got the merchandise before reading the reviews.
Bought 2 dresses on discount and was excited coz it really looks so elegant in their ads.
What a great disappointment when I got the dresses, the fabrics were no where close to what you see in their ads, it was horrendous, the sizes were off, i cannot described in words , i am a medium but the size they send me is no where between medium , small or large.
The quality of the fabrics? Heck, my bedsheets and shower curtains looks much better and trendier .
Please , don’t be fool by them .
I emailed them for refund and to return the items but they wanted me to wait for 5-7 days for their response.
Best thing to do is not to order and maybe contact your credit card provider that this is a scam , maybe we can still get our money back .

Two months after I deleted items from the Novany website cart after changing my mind about the purchase, I continue to be barraged by emails telling me I still have these items in my cart. The email links do not provide access to the alleged items. The site itself does not show any items. There has been no response to multiple emails requesting removal. How else is my information being brokered?

Very poor quality material, certainly not the linen advertised, looks nothing like the picture. Colour awful, finish horrible. Tried to return, they offered me a 25% discount and keep the items. Stuck with horrible dresses which I wouldn't embarrass a charity shop with. Very unprofessional company, steer clear.

They falsely claim their products are a cotton blend when they are a nylon. If you wish to return the product you pay for returns which is almost half the cost of the total purchase. Buyer beware!!!

It says on the item that it is Linen. I bought 3 pieces (huge mistake) and when I receive them, it is very cheap synthetic material. Tried to return for a refund. The customer service (looks like it's from China) offers me a 20% discount voucher to keep the item. I rejected the offer citing that I would not want to purchase anything from their site, they came back and offer me 30% discount voucher to keep the item. It feels like a fraud to be honest.
Stay away from the site.
