So I seen alot of reviews about people saying this is a scam and I thiught i was scammed aswell but I got through to customer service and turns out there's just few requirements on verification of your card before payments are made, it was a little painful but you just need to send a picture of front and bsck of card and only show the forat 6 digits and the last 4 digits, and also cover your 3 digits CVV number on the picture. I used Snapchat and cover them with black squares stickers and uploaded that picture from my files and they were happy with it. You wont be paid unless your card is fully verified. Person in the phone had me paid within minutes and now im set up normally for withdrawals like any other betting app. Good app.

Anything they can do to prevent you from withdrawing, they will do. From rejecting valid documents to forcing you to submit one document at a time as well as rejecting withdrawal attempts without giving a reason, this service is an absolute pain. Stay away.

I been using this site years and now that I won so money they locked me from doing withdrawals they had me verify both my bank cards they wanted all bank statements. And still refuse to withdraw. The customer care is a joke they sent me a iban that doesn’t belong to me and said iv to prove it’s mine through a bank statement. They won’t reply to me now so after I notice it wasn’t my iban. And before that the are demanding a bank statement that has the last 4 digits of my bank card in the statement. I rang the bank and this does not happen due to fraud prevention so I was told and when I brought that up they said “ah well that’s what you need” I then asked why my account is locked from withdrawing and the customer care agent ended the chat without replying. Don’t use this casino if you want to win money they won’t cash it out. They said I need to provide proof of a trusty bank account ? Iv never heard of that until today. They kept making things up. I rang Novibet aswel and the person on the phone did absolutely nothing he sounded half asleep. They said the withdrawal are not working on the site at the moment and my partner and friend did a withdrawal perfectly instant payment. Lies after lies. Llevo más de una semana esperando que un reembolso de un deposito que realice, el cual nunca se vio reflejado en mi cuenta de Novibet.
Lo que más me molesta no solo es el hecho de esperar y tener siempre las mismas respuestas por parte del equipo de chat en vivo, que en el transcurso del día se estará resolviendo dicha situación. Lo más irritante es que me siguen desconectando del char y me transfieren con otro agente del chat, al cual tengo que explicar el inconveniente de nuevo, sin ninguna respuesta clara, ni resolución al problema. Solo me desconectan y me siguen transfiriendo.
