Novita Diamonds Parramatta has the best diamonds and the best customer service ever. I am a repeat customer that's bought two diamonds rings and a wedding ring and my experience with them is top notch. They're really friendly and accomodating. My last purchase I paid extra to fast track it and boy did they do their best get it on time, but Rashana at the Parramatta location went an extra mile by delivering it earlier then I expected. That's why I highly recommend them! Thank you Rashana!

My husband and I visited a lab grown diamond store in the same building as Novita and we were not happy wit the customer service. So we headed to Novita Diamonds where we were treated with a warm smile and a friendly nature. Not only was the service better at Novita, but the prices were much cheaper. I wish we had gone to Novita first so we didn’t have to experience the terrible customer service at the other jewellery store.

From the first time I contacted Novita I had amazing experiences. My first consultation was so much fun, nothing was too much effort. I went back for two more appointments until we found the perfect stone and setting. Doria was bubbly, professional and incredibly knowledgeable and was able to answer every question we threw at her. Ive bought jewellery before and been pressured into a purchase and regretted it but at Novita, there was no pressure, just guidance and support which made the whole experience just bliss. I haven't seen the finished ring yet (i havent been well so my partner is waiting until my surgeries are all done) but he said it is the most spectacular piece of jewellery he's ever seen, the sparkle from the diamond left light spot in his vision for a few minutes. After proposing we found that the ring was too big, so we brought it in for a resize and the service we received was impeccable. Resizing was done within 4 days and my fiancé Carrie can wear it on her finger now without slipping off

I came across Novita diamonds while I was doing research on lab grown diamonds. At first I thought their website looked very well organized and transparent. This is atypical of local competitors in the business. Then I further looked and see Novita originated from Australia.

After all these I decide to make a face to face appointment in their showroom. I spent about an hour on my first visit there with Geneva showing me different carats, styles and explain the differences and quality of their diamonds. In general the whole experience made me quite comfortable to spend and decide feeling I would be in good hands.

Bought both engagement ring and wedding rings from Novita. From the first encounter we had with designing the engagement ring, to then designing our wedding bands was special. We truely loved the idea of making our own wedding bands and making it custom to us, with the engraving of our wedding date as well. It upsets me that I can’t wear it now but I know once I do it will be of favourite piece (besides my engagement ring of course) of jewellery I own! Thank you for making the experience and the design process so easy!!

Went to Novita to get our engagement ring, Michelle was clear in her explanation and managed to find us a IF diamond which is difficult to come by from other jewelery chain. If they have they did not make it searchable.

Post purchase was great as well, ring was ready before expected time. Around 6 weeks. Life time free cleaning Novita offered was also a factor that we took into consideration before our purchase.
